This magnificent 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa is located in the heart of Hilton Head. This unit has been completely renovated in 2006 including tile, granite countertops, cabinets, appliances, carpet in the bedrooms. Our new furnishings are high end, Hemingway styling, and has been geared to the Executive's life style. The unit sleeps 6 comfortably and is smoke and pet free. This unit is located near the elevator. The pool on the property is heated in the winter months. Shorewood is a gated access community.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has a wine cooler for our wine enthusiasts. The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two twin beds. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa, with 3 flat screen televisions and a full size washer and dryer, you will find this your home away from home. Enjoy the ocean as you relax on your private deck. For your convenience, we have provided high speed wireless internet access.

You will be within walking distance to quaint shops, the finest dining, groceries, tennis at Van Der Meer, Waterfun Park, golfing, endless bike trails, and bike rentals.

  • Sorry I missed your call while we were in Hilton Head! Your condo is absolutely gorgeous! We have rented condos at Shorewood several times over the last 19 years but none of them compare to your unit.The weather was great and we had a nice, but very fast, week at the beach! I’m already having beach withdrawal!We hope to return next summer!!! How soon will you be taking reservations for next July?

  • What a beautiful beach home! We felt warm and welcome from the minute we stepped into the villa, which was unlike any we've ever stayed in when it came to luxury and attention to detail. If you come, bring your camera. This has to be the nicest condo in Shorewood! We can't wait till it's time to come back!

  • This was absolutely the nicest, most luxurious place I have ever stayed in. It was clean, it was beautifully decorated, and everything felt like it was new. Shorewood Villas even has covered parking. I will definitely try to come back to this condo because any other place would be a disappointment.

  • You think the pictures of this villa look good? They're nothing compared to how it looks in person....AMAZING!! This was our first trip to Hilton Head and the decor and comfort of this beautiful villa made all the differ- ence. We had friends that stayed in condos close by, and if we had stayed there for the first time, I would have thought it was great, but we have now been spoiled by the "Shorewood" villa and I don't want to stay anywhere else! Can't wait to return next year...it was very hard to leave!
