Great central spot for all your activities. BelAir apartment is about 10 to 15 minutes drive from the main town Kralendijk, the windsurfing and kitting resorts, two minutes to the Bachelor beach, which is a great site for swimming, snorkeling and diving. It is close to some of the well-known dive sites. There is a dive center nearby to handle all your diving needs.
Our beautiful condo is one of only 12 units, in the BelAir complex, in this quiet community of Belnem. It is on the second floor and it is luxuriously equipped with everything you need, to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
This unit has been beautifully decorated to reflect the local and colorful lifestyle of the Island. It is immaculate, clean and bright. There are 3 bedrooms with air-conditioner. The master bedroom with ensuite bathroom (tub and shower)features a king-size bed. The second guest room with attached bathroom(shower)has 2 twin beds. The third guest room is a den with two twin-size beds and TV and it is opened when there are more than 4 people.
The expansive balcony boasts panoramic views of the Caribbean Sea and Klein Bonaire Island. It offers a very relaxing oasis for sunset watching, dining, reading or for gazing out to sea. Dolphins are regularly seen to swim in front of the condo.

We appreciate Martin's (the property manager) very nice hospitality! Very nice! Belair located at very easy convenience place, few walk to the Buddy Dive shops which is very friendly too. it has beautiful view on the deck, easy to go down to swim and snorkeling, nice shower by the sea water convenience to wash out of sea water, clean and quiet. Water is kind of choppy when we were there, depends on the weather, my children and friend enjoyed swim there. It's Very nice to have breakfast/lunch/dinner on the deck, gorgeous view, very relax... many colorful birds come to visit as well." Thanks very much!

We're back from a great trip. I'd like to thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. Your complex was very quiet. It was as if we had rented all 12 units. We enjoyed the beautiful view very much. We have snorkeled 6-7 hours almost every day. My neck hurt a little bit,but it was worth it. (Have seen many eels, porcupine fish, lobsters, spotted eagle rays, stone fish, an octopus, spotted trunkfish, squids, French Angels, barracudas, and lots of other tropical fish... even two lionfish.) I wish we could have stayed longer. We needed at least three more days. Already looking forward to another trip to Bonaire. Thanks for everything. Best regards, Nalan

We stayed in this apartment in Sep 2011. Great location -- we swam and snorkel right from the deck at least twice a day. Spectacular sunsets. The surroundings are very quiet. The apartment is clean and well maintained. We had a great time and we'll likely come back.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

I think the best way to improve the stay would be to allow us to move in and live there year round....seriously we had a fabulous time and the condo was terrific in every way. Martin and his wife were brilliant in helping us get settled and playing host. We loved every minute of our holiday and saw amazing creatures every time we went out and something different each day - a real accomplishment given we were snorkeling two or three times a day! This condo is located in a quiet area of Bonaire. The views are gorgeous. Overall, we enjoyed the location. Bonaire is wonderful for divers. The BelAir has an outdoor area to rinse our equipment. The managers from the Roomer Hotel were very welcoming and helpful. The small breakfast that was waiting for us when we arrived was very welcome especially since no stores were open on Easter Sunday. The BelAir apartments are close to a great little dive shop. Only issues we had were construction going on in the apartment next store that made it impossible to take naps during the couple rainy days. Also the third bedroom was locked which was no big deal since there were only 3 of us but the apartment was advertised 3 bedrooms. Wireless internet made it easy to stay in touch with the office and Skype with family.
