Why the Owner Chose Sunrise Beach
The clear water and fantastic sand make Panama City Beach a premiere destination. The outstanding views of the ocean with dolphins is beautiful. We have been very pleased by the improvements happening at Panama City Beach. The new NW Florida Beaches Int'l Airport, Pier Park Mall, and other attractions have made it an easy and great place to visit. Sunrise Beach Resort has an excellent location on the beach, great parking, pools and hot tubs, and is always extremely well maintained!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo

.Our family recently stayed the week of memorial day and had a blast!....the condo is very nice with all the comforts of home. Just wanted to let anyone interested in staying at these condos , if you want the chairs on the beach to go down to the beach as soon as you get there to reserve them...we did not know this and could not get them Sunday after our Saturday arrival (we had to pay $30 to get chairs at the next condo over)...also the condo complex has a policy of no pop up canopes on the beach (which is a problem when you have more than two in your group)
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
