Sunrise Beach Resort unit was completed in May 2006. The unit has two bedrooms and two baths, as well as a bunk room. The unit will comfortably sleep 8. All furnishings are brand new.
Our unit has Comcast high speed internet.
We provide Beach service between March and October with all bookings. (normally $20 per day if not included by the owner)
Sunrise Beach offers covered parking, with direct access to the elevators. You do not have to haul luggage from a hot parking lot!
The unit is a non-smoking/ non-pet unit. We also do not rent to guests under the age of 25.
