Highlights of this beautiful home include:
•Two large living areas, which work beautifully for entertaining. Both rooms have double glass doors that open onto a huge deck.
•Separate entertainment space for the adults and children.
•50 inch high definition TV in the great room.

•Second living area with wet bar, game table, fireplace, and comfortable seating.
•Amazing front deck that has two seating areas and a huge live oak in the center. It is gorgeous especially lit at night.
The kitchen opens to the great room and includes breakfast bar, breakfast table and upscale stainless appliances. Additional dining is provided on the huge front deck with picnic table, two dining areas and grill.
The grand master suite has a king size bed, working fireplace, office area with desk and TV. The master bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and huge walk-in shower.
The first floor master has a queen bed and French doors opening to a covered, screened porch. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed, TV/DVD, and full bath.
On the beach closest to the house (3-5 minutes) there is plenty of beach for playing or body surfing at high tide. Low tide offers a magnificent beach several hundred yards wide.

"I was fortunate enough to have been able to stay in the Arbor Cottage for 2 months in 2006 and for another 3 months in 2007. I just love this place! It has everything that you could ever want, e.g. 50" HDTV in the living room, WiFi, jacuzzi tub in the master, oversized deck for throwing fabulous beach parties, a chef's kitchen, great location on East Beach, but my favorite amenity has to be the awesome windows in the master bedroom. I enjoyed waking up every morning to spectacular view of the sunrise eliminating the overgrown tree canopy and squirrels building their nest in those same trees. The level of detail that went into restoring, adding onto and furnishing the house must have been painstaking. The owners personally guaranteed that my stay would be a trouble free and enjoyable experience and that is exactly what they did. If there was ever any problem, they took care of it right away. If you are looking for a personal get away like me or if you want to bring your entire family along, you can not go wrong with selecting Arbor Cottage. It also has a gorgeous huge oak tree in the center that has amazing lighting in the evening. There is 216 square foot side deck with shower, a 136 square foot rear deck, and a 185 square foot screened porch which includes seating and a ceiling fan. The back porches look out over the peaceful, private back yard that have orange trees (our oranges are delicious!).

- Extremely easy and quick access to a beautiful beach. We have a second living area with a game table, wet bar with sink, ice maker, refrigerator and stereo. There is a nice sized outdoor shower on the side deck.

- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): This home has a few steps to the front door with railings on both sides. There is a second master bedroom on the first floor.
- Kid Friendly: Front porch is huge and enclosed except for the stairs. You can view the deck from both living areas through large glass doors. There is also a bunk room with TV/DVD and a private bathroom.
