Living room has cable TV/DVD and stereo w/CD player. Private patio offers jungle-like setting with a table and chairs. There are security gates at street level and on the unit itself. The condo is also fully screened. Bedrooms are QUIET and you can actually sleep. No roosters! No donkeys! This is a perfect location for those who seek a more "real" Mexican experience. Located in South Town or "Zona Romantica", the condo is within easy walking distance of all services, numerous restaurants, sidewalk cafes, shops and e-mail cafes. Car rental, groceries and laundry all within 1 block. Tourists from the larger hotels frequent the well-known restaurants in this area of town. There is abundant night life within a few blocks, including Sr. Frogs and the famous Andale'. Playa Los Muertos is one of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beaches, lined with bars and restaurants providing beach service. Beach activities such as parasailing and jet skiing are available, as well as several snorkeling, boating and fishing trips which depart from the pier. Swimming is safe near the pier, you can rent boogie boards there. You will not need a car to stay in this area but car rental is easily available almost next door.
