Residence Vasiljevic is a warm and sunny family house that greets our guests all year round.
The house is situated in a quiet residential area 10 minutes walk from the city center. The park forest, where you can find all the most beautiful beaches, is located 15 minutes walk from the house.
We offer two studios ('Blu' Studio and 'Green' Studio) and a room for rent, all of them equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom and satellite TV. The studios have also a kitchen.
All accommodations offer a nice view and a balcony. The bigger Studio features a wide terrace, ideal for having lunch.
The residence has been completely redecorated in 2006. Right side This makes our guest house one of the most beautiful and comfortable places in our surroundings.

En couple avec 2 petits chiens, nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette location de vacances! Le GPS a trouvé l'adresse sans mal et le cadre était calme et merveilleux. L'appartement était extrêmement propre et tout est refait à neuf. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse était un bonheur tous les jours. La climatisation dans la chambre était un vrai plus pendant la semaine où nous y étions car à 22h chaque soir il faisait toujours 30°C. La propriétaire est très sympathique et nous a expliqué où aller nous baigner et où bien manger. Je recommande d'ailleurs d'aller faire un tour au restaurant Maslina (à environ 100m du logement) où l'on mange très bien et pas cher et surtout au restaurant La Puntulina, dans la vielle ville de Rovinj, qui a un cadre absolument exceptionnel. La vieille ville de Rovinj est très jolie pour s'y balader le soir. Le Soleil couchant derrière le Campanile étant vraiment la photo à prendre. Il y a des bars et glaciers à tous les coins de rue, où il est appréciable de se rafraichir. Les plages et la mer sont très propres et bien qu'il n'y ait pas beaucoup de plages de sable en Croatie, autour de Rovinj, il y en a de bien sympathiques. (Des chaussures pour aller dans l'eau sont pourtant indispensables) Je ne peux que recommander ce logement car il correspond a tous les critères recherchés par des vacanciers.
