Remodeled in 2006 this beautiful home in Traverse City sleeps 9 and comes with access to 90 feet of private, sandy beach on Long Lake. A paddleboat, canoe and row boat w/ oars are all available for you to use while you vacation on Traverse City's most desireable lake. This all sports lake is clean, just 600' from the house and has a dock with deck at the end for you to enjoy and tie your boat or jet ski to. Enjoy the large yard with plenty of green grass for games or relaxing in the shade. Great fishing lake for walleye, perch, bass and pike. There are several islands on the lake open to the public for exploring. Sandbox, fire pit, picnic table and gas grill provided.
The home has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a queen size bed in one bedroom, a full size bed in one bedroom, and one set of bunk beds in another with queen size futon on the bottom, twin bed and comes with a comfortable roll away bed in the large third bedroom. The windows were all replaced in 2007 and a deck and sliding glass door were added off the livingroom.
The living room has a large futon in it. Kitchen is fully furnished with all cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and purified water. Two full bathrooms. Bath and bed linens provided. New clothes washer and dryer in basement along with TV, game table, chairs. There are two color 20" TV/VCR/DVD, and three 9" TV/DVD, one in each bedroom.
