This charming Cape Cod home is perfect for any family vacation! It features 4 bedrooms, a full kitchen and separate eating area, a living and a family room which has a pull-out couch with a private 1/2 bath. The large deck on the back of the house is a perfect spot for family gatherings and Bar-b-ques! Alongside of the deck is a very private outdoor shower with a changing area inside the enclosure!

The house is only six houses down from the ocean and you do not have to cross any busy streets! This is one of the absolute nicest sections of Beach Haven, close to everything, yet the neighborhood is quiet and family oriented.

The bedroom configuration is as follows:

First Floor Master Bedroom #1: Queen Bed
First Floor Bedroom #2: Two twins (trundle bed)
Second Floor Bedroom #3: Queen bed plus two twins (trundle)
Second Floor Bedroom #4: Queen bed plus two twins (trundle)
Queen pull-out sofa in back room with 1/2 bath.

Full bath on first floor and full bath on second floor as well as an extra 1/2 bath on first floor. The second floor also has a lovely balcony out back to enjoy sunrises and sunsets!

This is a no smoking house and renters must be 25 years or older.

  • Hello, My family has been coming down to Long Beach Island for quite a while and we always look foward to coming to this beautiful cape cod that is close to the beach and very convenient to stores and places such as the arcades and the amusement park. I hope that a lot of people come to L.B.I and rent this house because my family had fun and I know that other families would too.

  • Hello! Our family had a fabulous stay at The Beach House in LBI. We had everything we needed to have a great family reunion. The house is well maintained and close to the beach, yet located in a quiet family community! Thank you for such a wonderful vacation!
