  This condo was very clean and well maintained. It is well appointed and nicely decorated. This is the first time we rented though Emeral Coast and Jon was a joy to deal with. There are great restaurants in the area of which, JMichaels, Bayou on the Beach and Wicked Wheel were our favorites. I highly recommend this rental agency and property. We already booked for dec 2013 and can't wait to return.

  Got a high-floor condo at Treasure Island resort. Great view opens up from the balcony: beautiful emerald waters, sugar-white sand, dolphins playing further away, seagulls fishing, we even got to see bunch of stingrays swimming by – that was so spectacular! Our condo was very pleasant as well: nicely decorated, spotless, and welcoming. The kitchen was large and had it all. Several good restaurants were located within the walking distance from the condo. We loved hanging out at Schooners! We had so much fun we didn’t want to go home. P.S. Don’t forget to bring your dog;)

  Panama City Beach is always fun. Looking for a condo – not so much. After reading the reviews on several places, we decided to call the Emerald Coast Destinations rental agency. The lady on the phone (don’t remember her name) was very polite, friendly, and helpful. She sent me several offers and we chose the one that appealed the most. Our wonderful, beach front unit was located on 20th floor at Treasure Island resort. Boy, talk about feeling like the king of the world)) The ocean view was gorgeous! Absolutely no noises were heard from people in other units. Was a great stay, will definitely be back again.

  Our parents booked this condo as a honeymoon gift for us. How sweet, right? What a wonderful gift it turned out to be! Our condo, located at Treasure Island in Panama City Beach, was very spacious, very clean, and fully equipped (not that I cooked on my honeymoon)) The perk: our condo was located on 20th floor and faced the gulf! The ocean view is one of a kind! This place will be in our memory forever as a place where we had such an amazing, sweet time, just two of us. My husband proposed that we make it an anniversary habit to come here, at this particular condo, and create more memories along the way

  We just returned from a 5 day stay at the Treasure Island and it was wonderful. We had a 2 bedroom which had more than amble space. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The resort is also well maintained. Loved the location too. We will definately return.

  Much better than other condos on the beach. We are old and come to PCB all the time.The neighborhood is far from being typical PCB. Much quieter than the other end of Thomas Drive. While this building is huge, it is the largest in the area, and the view in all directions is mostly uninterrupted by concrete. There is very little in the way of upscale dining in the area, but lots of little neighborhood clubs and restaurants that are just fine. It's about 2 blocks to the legendary Schooners.

  Very clean and comfortable. Rooms are well decorated and living room has comfy sitting area with flat screen TV. We enjoyed sitting in balcony and watch the sunset. Pet friendly and walking distance to some of the local restaraunts. We sure be back.

  Had a great week in PCB. Condo was as advertised, great place for all ages.We had a couple in their 40's, couple in late 20's and 3 'kids', 23, 19 and 18. Loads of room for all, brilliant kitchen and furniture throughout. Highly recommended for all activities,although I do recommend taking the 'high' road to Pier Park instead of driving along the strip, unless you have plenty time on your hands. Great time had by all, would definitely consider coming back in the future.

  We just spent a week in this beatifully decorated condo on the 20th floor and it was amazing!! This is our first experience staying so high up but it definitely won't be our last. We are already making plans to return again next summer!

  Perfect location, beautiful decor, spectacular view! This unit was all we wanted and more. Very clean, well maintained. We would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. We are planning to return in October.
