Affordable fully equipped lodging in quiet neighborhood at Base of Peak 9. 5 minute walk to ski slopes and historic downtown Breckenridge. Large studio with full kitchen and thermostat controlled gas fireplace. Ground floor end unit. Steps away from free shuttle bus stop. 2 large outdoor hot tubs and 2 large indoor hot tubs in clubhouse. Locker rooms and showers too. There is also a sauna and coin-op laundry within the 3 building complex. As of June 2005, the unit is completely remodeled and updated.

Ten years ago we stayed in another unit in Motherlode just as enjoyable. Really cozy wonderful fireplace on the cool mornings. Our visit was short and our memories are long. So nice to be able to walk to almost everything. We try for a special place for our anniversary and another success #41...Thanks!

What a great find on VRBO! We love the decorations and comfort of the studio. We especially love the affordable price! Parking is easy & we felt comfortable as renters. The apartment was nice and cool on these hot summer days!
