Long Beach is also the most centrally located and the most reasonably priced of any costal community. You can’t find better weather or more friendly people. Think twice before you chose another location.

The Unique Benefits at this Apartment: Beach access, beautiful views of Santa Catalina Island, Queen Mary, Oil Island Etc. No street sweepers...Long Beach has street sweepers once or twice a week, but not on this street.
