Beautiful new custom condo two miles from Winter Park, within walking distance from Fraser Safeway/Starbucks. All new furnishings and appliances will make your stay feel like your home away from home. With a well stocked kitchen including espresso maker, blender and breakfast bar. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. If you just can't get away from work, there is high speed internet in the unit.
This 1050-square-foot condominium has two bedrooms and sleeps up to eight people.
-Master bedroom has queen-size bed, full bath and pull-out twin
-Second bedroom has two extra long twins and twin sized Aero Bed
-Queen-size sleeper sofa with extra thick mattress in living room

The pictures in the listing are exactly what you get. Very nice, clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay. Grocery store is right around the corner which was very convenient. My brother had stayed in this condo last year and highly recommended it to me. I would also highly recommend this condo to anyone in the market of renting a condo in this area. The owner was great to work with. No problems at all. Would definitely rent again.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. Everything you ever needed to make a meal was available. The spa tub was perfect after being on the slopes all day. Overall it was VERY relaxing!

Condo is very clean and well maintained. We rented a jeep and it took us 10 min. to get to Winter Park. We stayed over spring break, which was very busy. The slopes were crowded, but the condo was quiet. Carrying equip. back and forth was a pain, but worth the savings compared to staying at a condo on the slopes. Close to the grocery store.

The condo was very comfortable and well appointed with plenty of extra linens and cookware. The radiant heat works great and keep the living areas and bathrooms toasty. It was nice to be in an end-unit with extra windows on the side. We had a great time skiing and the location is very convienent to Winter Park and the free shuttle which stops in a nearby parking lot. Hope to visit again.
