A picture is worth a thousand words. The just renovated home comes with awesome furnishings, an abundance of closet space, beautiful art work, and ample space.

The Area:

Located in Upper East Side you are footsteps away from some of the best things that NYC has to offer... Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Guggenheim Museum, hundreds of fabulous restaurants, shopping, etc...

The Street:

Again a picture is worth a thousand words. The apartment is located on the picturesque tree-lined 81st Street. Within walking distance of Central Park.

The Extras:

Pantene shampoo, Pantene Conditioner, face wash, hand soap, hand towels, bath towels, toothpaste, iron, toaster, coffee maker, & a washer and dryer in the building.

The Deal:

I am slightly flexible with the rates, but honestly if you are looking for an amazing trip to New York City, you will not get better value for your money.

I am a frequent user of VRBO properties, often repeating visits to my most favorite places. Recently I made a reservation for a four night stay at this UES apartment to visit museums and Central Park. The reservation process was smooth and easy with Vincent, the owner/manager, responding quickly and thoroughly to all my emails. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to cancel my reservation. Vincent responded promptly, acknowledging my situation, and refunding my PayPal deposit. I greatly appreciate this high level of customer service and plan to rebook in the near future.

Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, sightseeing.

Me and 2 of my girlfriends stayed here over the weekend! GREAT! loved everything about it. Very clean and chic. The decor is wonderful and inviting. The location couldn't be more amazing. We were withing walking distance of more food and liquor and shopping than I had ever dreamed of. The ONLY downside is that we were provided towels, but no wash cloths! we're girls tho and had loofahs so it wasn't THAT big of a deal but eh it would have been nice. All in all though, when it comes down to it, I didn't want to leave. I could have stayed there for the rest of my life, And the Owners are AWESOME. so I give it a BIG thumbs up. I will def be coming back next time I need a place to stay in NYC.

My mum and i just stayed 10 nights in this apartment. The owner is very relaxed, fantastic at getting back to you and very helpful and friendly when we arrived. The location of the apartment is lovely. The upper east side is a great place to return too after a busy day in New York. Friendly people, great restaurants and easy walk to beautiful central park each morning. i would happily recommend this apartment to my family and friends.

Nice apartment, good space inside, useful amenities (and perfect Wi-Fi). The bed is new and comfortable. Cool neighborhood, full of restaurants, shops and close to 2 subway stations. And the owner does his best to make sure that you have everything you need for a comfortable stay.

We, 2 couples, stayed here for a couple of nights. Loved the apartment and the neighborhood. So many great restaurants and centrally located. The pictures do not do this apartment justice.
