Two outstanding golf courses are less than 20 minutes away. This newly finished condominium is located on the seventh floor of Tower #1 and has an unbelievable panoramic view. Two large bedrooms, fully equipped with all the amenities of home, including linens, bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels. Calafia Resorts is a beautiful oceanfront community with 24-hour guards. This gated resort community is within walking distance of the famous and historic Calafia Hotel and Restaurant offering dancing, cocktails and fine dining. Or grab a cab and be in downtown Rosarito Beach within five minutes. This is a non-smoking home. No pets are allowed. We require a one-time $40.00 cleaning fee per visit and a refundable $200.00 security deposit for breakage or fines.
