This was my first visit to Ixtapa and staying in this unit for a month was the icing on the cake! The unit was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated with a lovely view from the deck of the islands and the beach. Proximity to shops, restaurants, transportation and the local movie theatre were beyond my expectation and exploring Ixtapa and Zihua was a joy. I would recommend this unit to my friends and family and look forward to returning soon.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children.

We love Ixtapa, but we have been very disappointed this year, the description was not accurate, and the property should be cleaner, I would NOT recommend the place.....
Owner response:This is the first negative responce I have received for my unit. I have many repeat renters and they seem more than happy with my unit. Cleaning service is available and if the unit was not clean I would have sent someone to clean it but the renter never let me know there was a problem. Dale

This is best place in Ixtapa. The view, the furnishings the location are all outstanding. I am already planning my next visit. This time I will stay longer. Leaving a cold snowing place and arriving here was like heaven. Ixtapa and this penthouse make it perfect 10 vacation.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.
