La Casa Que Canta is a beautiful home perched on a hilltop property surrounded by pure Costa Rican jungle - with panoramic ocean and canopy views. These pristine eight acres are frequented daily by Howler monkeys, parrots and other jungle critters way too numerous to count. It is the perfect getaway for surfers, naturalists, explorers and those who enjoy a little of all of the above.
Our home includes two beautifully-furnished casas. The main house has one large master bath and two bedrooms; one with a king canopy bed and the other with a king and single bed. The second house sleeps four with one king bed, a queen bed loft and a large attached bath.
La Casa Que Canta has a modern kitchen and most modern amenities with a bar serving counter that is perfect for big meals. An infinity and splash pool with a waterfall (from which to watch the sun set over the Pacific) makes this property feel like your own private resort.
Our caretakers, Felix and Laura, live on the property down at the bottom of the steep driveway. They provide daily pool care, maid service and Costa Rican hospitality.
NOTE: A 4Four-Wheel Drive vehicle is MANDATORY (and fun) for all of the Nosara region

- A short drive, jungle walk and paddle brings you to private surf. A black sand beach halfway between the legendary breaks of Guiones and Ostional. Same swell. No other surfers. No one dropping in on you. No construction on the beach. Just a few turtles, sea birds and palm trees. Just the way surfing in Costa Rica should be. Directions upon request to guests only. Pura Vida!
