This beautifully-decorated Condominium is Brand New, just completed in April of 2006. Girdwood is a short, 35-minute drive from Anchorage along the picturesque Turnagain Arm. These Condos are situated in the heart of Girdwood and the Town Square. Close to restaurants and shopping, hiking and bike trails.
The Unit is located on the Second Floor. This Building Unit C203 is located in was completed in April 2006, is a secured building and has underground parking as well as elevator access to the Condominium. The views are spectacular, Mt. Alyeska Resort is one of the major views as well as the surrounding mountains and glaciers.
Girdwood Rentals & Accommodations Unit C203 features a spacious, one level, 1000-foot floor plan. This condominium is beautifully decorated with stylish scandinavian furniture and all the right amenities to make you feel right at home. There is a 42-inch Flat Screen TV with DVD along with a gas Fireplace in the Living Room. The Kitchen is fully equipped for savoring your own home cooking. The dining room features a beautiful scandinavian glass/wood dining table, can seat 6. The two bedrooms both have Comfy New Queen Beds with Serta Perfect Sleeper Mattresses and each bedroom has its own bathroom. There is also a Queen Sofa Sleeper. A stack Washer and Dryer are available for use within the Condo.
There is a beautiful deck with patio furniture to sit at and relax and enjoy the peaceful sound of the Glacier Creek right out front of the building while also enjoying the awesome unobstructive views.
There is a shuttle service a short walk accross the street to take you to the Mt. Alyeska Ski Resort Slopes. The shuttle runs every 20 minutes. The drive is about a mile. This is very convenient so that you do not have to worry about driving and parking your vehicle. Just walk accross the street, get on the shuttle and you are at the Mountain in less than 10 minutes.

This is the most beautiful place to stay. Very Very quiet, spotless, and very spacious. I have stayed at many places, but this by far, is the best I have ever seen. We were met by the owners of the unit above us, and were told to feel free to ask them anything about the area and if we needed anything at all, to let them know. Just a very good setting, and so welcoming community. The view is awesome, just so relaxing. I would not consider any other place, and plan on returning here again. Thanks so much to Kim for setting us up, and getting us such a lovely place. The entire complex is the cleanest and most well kept you will ever find.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, people with disabilities, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

The condo is a wonderful, cozy, clean, and relaxing place to stay. We loved the feel of the place, as well as, loved, loved, loved the hot and clean hot tub and the ability to park in the heated garage. Great communication and directions left my management also. This would be a great stay romantically or just with a group of friends. WIll stay again for sure. Thank you.

Perfect! Just perfect! I flew my 60+ year-old parents out and this place was just right. We used the condo as home base as we explored Girdwood, Whittier, Anchorage and Seward. Secure garage and convenient elevator made the trip hassle-free. After each day of adventuring, we kicked oour feet up on the balcony, listened to the river flow past and watch the tram go up the mountain-side. Beautiful view of 2 mountain glaciers (or was it 3), hill sides and lots of birds. Just fabulous!
