  My family stayed at this beautiful condo from March 19th-22nd, 2013. The place was neat, clean, well-furnished and as advertised. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

  We had a family wedding in Girdwood and stayed here (actually rented 2 rooms). The accommodations and views were top notch! We came from Minnesota and corresponded with the management company several times and they were always quick to respond and helped us ensure we had our stay covered. Will definitely stay here again.

  We loved Girdwood and loved staying in this beautiful mountain condo. The pictures don't do the condo or the view justice-fabulous! The Condo felt spacious and was nicely furnished with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. The setting was lovely!!! Tons of fantastic hiking in the area. The owner was easy to work with and the unit was very clean. We would love to come back and stay again at this A++++ mountain condo!

  The unit 203C far exceeded our expectations. The property was clean, well maintained and well provisioned. Everything functioned mechanically.The view fom the deck was fantastic! The indoor parking was very convenient. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

  This is the most beautiful place to stay. Very Very quiet, spotless, and very spacious. I have stayed at many places, but this by far, is the best I have ever seen. We were met by the owners of the unit above us, and were told to feel free to ask them anything about the area and if we needed anything at all, to let them know. Just a very good setting, and so welcoming community. The view is awesome, just so relaxing. I would not consider any other place, and plan on returning here again. Thanks so much to Kim for setting us up, and getting us such a lovely place. The entire complex is the cleanest and most well kept you will ever find.

  The condo is a wonderful, cozy, clean, and relaxing place to stay. We loved the feel of the place, as well as, loved, loved, loved the hot and clean hot tub and the ability to park in the heated garage. Great communication and directions left my management also. This would be a great stay romantically or just with a group of friends. WIll stay again for sure. Thank you.

  Perfect! Just perfect! I flew my 60+ year-old parents out and this place was just right. We used the condo as home base as we explored Girdwood, Whittier, Anchorage and Seward. Secure garage and convenient elevator made the trip hassle-free. After each day of adventuring, we kicked oour feet up on the balcony, listened to the river flow past and watch the tram go up the mountain-side. Beautiful view of 2 mountain glaciers (or was it 3), hill sides and lots of birds. Just fabulous!

Cancellations less than 30 days will be charged a handling fee. Cancellations less than 30 days, a refund will only given if we are able to rebook the reservation.

50% Deposit to Confirm Reservations; Remaining 50% charged 30 days prior to reservations.

Additional Fees and Taxes:

Quoted Rates above are for 1-4 persons. Additional Persons are $25 per night for 1 person plus tax, or $40 per night for 2 persons plus tax. There is an additional one time fee of $30 for the Hot Tub, plus tax. All Rates are charged 12% bed tax on top of the rate.
