Cinnamon Fern Chalet and its surroundings are beautiful! The chalet is very, very comfortable. Our stay was a combination of relaxation and exertion. We recommend a stay at Cinnamon Fern Chalet and we look forward to our next visit. During our stay we visited the mountain towns of Thomas and Davis and had a wonderful time shopping, We also fished on the Blackwaer River and had a meal at the Purple Fiddle. We also enjoyed hiking on the trails in the Mon. Other places that we visited include the Blackwater Falls, Seneca Rocks and its visitors center, and the Lindy Point overlook. We are planning our next visit now.

We loved every detail of this house from the comfortable furnishings to the very helpful “red book”! Beautiful area too! We hiked Seneca Rocks and saw Blackwater Falls. Great for the kids. Thanks! The G FamilyHerndon, Virginia

Our home away from home - good ole Cinnamon Fern Chalet. Had so much fun here. Can’t wait to return. Barometers, hot tub and outdoor grill. One day we’ll bring our kids back to experience these thrill! Welcome friends - it’s almost heaven! Peace & shalom in the home. The B FamilyWashington, DC

This mountain getaway really suited our needs. Just beautiful. The kids enjoyed rock climbing out back. We had no leaves but snow instead. Watching it come down while in the hot tub was just great! The H Family Severna Park, Maryland

This chalet has all the comforts of home – only better. We stayed at Cinnamon Fern for a weekend toward the end of summer and enjoyed the large, cozy living areas and sleeping quarters. Everything in it is a joy to the eye and very nicely appointed. I appreciated the chalet’s spaciousness, cleanliness and ease of use – from the kitchen to the hot tub. I like the way the chalet is “nestled” on the mountainside making it private and quiet. It was a wonderful stay. Just wish it could have been longer!

Cinnamon Fern Chalet was wonderful. The furniture and house decorations were superb. It was just a beautiful, cozy place to chill out and forget about the rest of the world. We can't wait to go again after it snows to sit by the fireplace and enjoy the atmosphere and environment. It is just a great place. Wish I could stay there all winter.

What a fantastic home....I went with three of my sisters for a get-a-way weekend and the Cinnamon Fern Chalet was perfect....exceptionally clean, beautiful views, fireplace, lots of bathrooms for us girls!, washer, dryer and the hot tub that helped my personal trainer sister's knee heal. We took hikes, went out to great dinners, rode the ski lift, and just relaxed over memories sitting in the comfy living room with wrap around porch. I can't praise it enough. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
