"Serenity Now" condo is a completely renovated unit. Upgrades include Granite in the kitchen, new appliances,tile floors, first-class all the way. End unit, so more windows and quieter with no adjoining condos. Located in front of the complex, right across the street from the boardwalk to the beach, less than a 2-3 minute walk to dip your toes in the ocean. Our keyless entry makes it great for family members coming and going at different times. We also provide High Speed Internet and free long distance calls to anywhere in U.S. and Canada. After fun in the sun at the beach, you will enjoy kicking back on the sofa and watching our new 46" flat screen TV or reading a book on the furnished balcony with two ceiling fans.
Beachwood Villas is an eight-acre complex in the heart of Seagrove. This NON-Smoking, one bedroom, one bath, is perfect for a family of four. There are twin Murphy beds in the living room, along with a Queen size sofa sleeper. There are two pools in the family-oriented community. The tennis courts and main pool area are adjacent to this second floor unit and easily monitored from the balcony which has table and chairs and two ceiling fans.
This condominium is in Seagrove Beach located on scenic Highway 30-A about one and-one-half miles from SeaSide. Shopping and restaurants are only minutes away by foot or bike. The 19 mile bike path runs right in front of this property and there are bike rentals nearby. There are many places to explore as this area on 30-A is bordered on each end by state parks with miles of uncrowded beaches and Point Washington State Park behind it, with hiking and/or biking trails. Panama City Beach is 20 minutes and features the new Pier Park shopping area. (Target, Dillards, Penney's, Grand Theatre.) Destin is about 25 minutes to the West with Silver Sands Factory Outlet. This is a great place to vacation and unwind.
If you are wondering why this area is called "Emerald Coast" it is because of the unique clear-to-turquoise waters and the sugar-white sand of the beaches.
This unit has its own washer/dryer, built-in ironing board and iron. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets. This unit is equipped with all linens. There is a charcoal grilling area adjacent to the condo. Just bring your family, food, and a desire for a great vacation. "Serenity Now" awaits you.

Many beach rentals are so-so, NOT so with this one. The owners have done a great job creating a very comfortable feeling while you vacation at Seagrove Beach. Clean, great condition, would highly recommend this unit. Easy walk to the beach, to Seaside, and to great restaurants. Rent a bike, or golf cart within a 2-minute walk from the condominium. This unit has everything you need. With a pull out couch and very cool pull down wall-stored beds, you can get six in with no trouble. Balcony is very nice and the furniture out there as well as inside is in great condition.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, pet owners, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

This is a great condo, beautifully decorated, clean and easy access to everything you need. My son (age 15) & I have been to this part of Florida about 6x now and this is the nicest place we've stayed. The pictures are completely accurate and Tricia is great to work with - she answered all of my questions and was very accomodating. The in-unit washer and dryer are so convenient and the keyless entry made it very easy for my son & I to come & go without worrying about locking each other out. It is nice to be able to see some of the Gulf from the bedroom/bathroom window and walking across the street to the walkway to the Beach takes no time at all. If you've never been to the "Emerald Coast", the beaches cannot be beat. I fall in love with them each time I go! My son & I played tennis, rackets & balls were in the closet at the condo, he swam in the pool and I could watch him from the deck...you don't hear a sound in this quiet condo - no pool or tennis court noise from inside. The deck is large and the ceiling fans out there make it very comfortable. I sat out on the deck a lot to read, have a drink - very peaceful. The area is great for couples or families...We rented bikes from Butterfly Bike Rental, within walking distance, and the people there could not have been friendlier. I highly recommend bringing or renting bikes - there is a great bike path that goes on for miles along 30-A. There are great restaurants in the area and (thankfully) no fast food...we love eating in Seaside (Pickles is great with kids), Bud & Alleys is a lovely place for a drink or dinner to watch the sunset - a little pricey, but worth going once. Seaside is charming & full of quaint shops, art, food - and only 1.5 miles away. Go through Seaside & Watercolor and head to Grayton Beach to eat at The Red Bar - funky, fun, and great food - my favorite place to eat in the area. Hibiscus is small, but nice for breakfast and the owner is a lovely woman. I could go on & on, but suffice it to say, if you are looking for relaxation & fun, away from the "touist trappings" and high rises of Destin or Panama City, head to Beachwood Villa and this condo...we are already planning our return visit next Summer. Tricia: I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. The second we walked in, we fell in love with it. You have decorated this unit so well and it really felt like home. I especially loved being able to walk out on the balcony and watch the kids at the pool and on tennis courts without having to leave the condo. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient as well. The walk to the beach didn't take us anytime. Everything was just so perfect!!!!! Thank you so much for your kindness in everything. My family and I enjoyed staying at this great condo. It was great, just the right size for a family of four. The walk to the beach is just a short distance away. The area is beautiful and easy to get around. Can't wait to get back to this peaceful part of the world.

Hi Tricia Everything with the condo was Awesome! The air conditioning worked great. We kept it at 72 and it was perfect the entire time. I really enjoyed the key less entry also. Thank you again for everything. I'm sure it will be a while until I'm down that way with living this far North, but I can't wait until my next trip to the Seagrove/Seaside area. This condo is truly AMAZING!! Everything in the description is accurate to a "T" and more! The owner was so nice and accommodating. I cannot wait to go back and stay in this one. This was the nicest one around.
