We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Serenity Now in Beachwood Villas. The condo was very nice and new, with everything nicely finished and decorated. It was even prettier than we expected. The owner happened to be in town at the same time and was happy to answer questions and offer assistance. They were great to work with. The condo was spacious for three of us but could have slept more with a queen bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa, and two twin Murphy beds, which were a really neat feature. The kitchen was spacious and had everything we needed when we ate in, and it was a very short walk or drive to many fun places to eat (we love Angelina's and restaurants in Seaside like Pickles, the truck restaurants, and Great Southern). We enjoyed the spacious balcony overlooking the pool, tennis courts, and nicely manicured garden-like grounds. The condo is just a short walk to the boardwalk that takes you directly to the beach, which was beautiful as always. Tom Thumb is right beside the complex; very convenient. The whole complex is beautifully landscaped and well maintained, and this particular condo is very nice and a great deal for the cost. Thank you for a wonderful get-away for our family. We would stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great unit to rent! Beachwood Villas is a great place to kick back and relax. We booked at the last moment and the owners were quick to respond. We are picky about cleanliness and this unit was clean and showed just like the pictures. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Delightful Condo at an Excellent Value

Just finished our weeks with our two granddaughters 5 & 8. They LOVED the murphy beds. This unit was perfect. Very clean & comfortable. We liked that the pool and tennis courts were visible from the unit. We were able to check if it was a good time to swim without leaving the condo. This advantage allowed us to swim several times when no one else was at the pool. The beautiful beach was so close. The keyless entry was hassle free; we liked not carrying a key. The girls are already hoping to come back soon.

Our First Vacation as a Family of Three

WOW!!!! This place was awesome and although I've never met Tricia, I can only imagine that she is awesome as well. She was so easy to work with and was available for any questions. This was our first family vacation with our 6month old son. The pool was a great success for his first time. I cant wait for next year to rent again so that he can play on the kiddie playground. Our stay here at this nice and clean place deserves additional stars to excellent. We will for sure recommend and also re-book.

Nicely Appointed Condo

I've stayed in various units at the Beachwood Villas due to the perfect central location and good value and this unit is the most modern, best appointed of all of them. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone. The place is clean, quiet and extremely comfortable.

Spring Break Roadtrip

We had a fantastic Spring Break in Seagrove Beach! The owner, Tricia, answered my emails and calls promptly. It was our first time planning a trip to the area and she provided a list of their favorite restaurants, shopping, etc. in the area. The location was wonderful. The beach was amazing. We have a small young family and the condo is located across the street from the boardwalk. We could easily come back and forth from the beach. We took advantage of the heated pool and playing tennis at the complex. We ate our meals on the balcony and visited the beach everyday. The unit itself met our expectations and was very affordable for the area. We took full advantage of the full kitchen and washer/dryer. Make sure to bring the basics with you and visit the Walmart for groceries on your way in. The Publix is $$. The Queen bedroom is average size. The unit also has a sofa sleeper and 2 twin Murphy beds. I think 6 would be a squeeze, but it works nicely for 2 adults and 2 kids. You can walk or ride bikes to Seaside. Away from the crowds of Panama City Beach and Destin , but close enough for dinner or activities. So much to do in the area we are planning our return trip next year!

Many beach rentals are so-so, NOT so with this one. The owners have done a great job creating a very comfortable feeling while you vacation at Seagrove Beach. Clean, great condition, would highly recommend this unit. Easy walk to the beach, to Seaside, and to great restaurants. Rent a bike, or golf cart within a 2-minute walk from the condominium. This unit has everything you need. With a pull out couch and very cool pull down wall-stored beds, you can get six in with no trouble. Balcony is very nice and the furniture out there as well as inside is in great condition.

This is a great condo, beautifully decorated, clean and easy access to everything you need. My son (age 15) & I have been to this part of Florida about 6x now and this is the nicest place we've stayed. The pictures are completely accurate and Tricia is great to work with - she answered all of my questions and was very accomodating. The in-unit washer and dryer are so convenient and the keyless entry made it very easy for my son & I to come & go without worrying about locking each other out. It is nice to be able to see some of the Gulf from the bedroom/bathroom window and walking across the street to the walkway to the Beach takes no time at all. If you've never been to the "Emerald Coast", the beaches cannot be beat. I fall in love with them each time I go! My son & I played tennis, rackets & balls were in the closet at the condo, he swam in the pool and I could watch him from the deck...you don't hear a sound in this quiet condo - no pool or tennis court noise from inside. The deck is large and the ceiling fans out there make it very comfortable. I sat out on the deck a lot to read, have a drink - very peaceful. The area is great for couples or families...We rented bikes from Butterfly Bike Rental, within walking distance, and the people there could not have been friendlier. I highly recommend bringing or renting bikes - there is a great bike path that goes on for miles along 30-A. There are great restaurants in the area and (thankfully) no fast food...we love eating in Seaside (Pickles is great with kids), Bud & Alleys is a lovely place for a drink or dinner to watch the sunset - a little pricey, but worth going once. Seaside is charming & full of quaint shops, art, food - and only 1.5 miles away. Go through Seaside & Watercolor and head to Grayton Beach to eat at The Red Bar - funky, fun, and great food - my favorite place to eat in the area. Hibiscus is small, but nice for breakfast and the owner is a lovely woman. I could go on & on, but suffice it to say, if you are looking for relaxation & fun, away from the "touist trappings" and high rises of Destin or Panama City, head to Beachwood Villa and this condo...we are already planning our return visit next Summer. Tricia: I wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your beautiful condo. The second we walked in, we fell in love with it. You have decorated this unit so well and it really felt like home. I especially loved being able to walk out on the balcony and watch the kids at the pool and on tennis courts without having to leave the condo. Having the washer and dryer in the unit was so convenient as well. The walk to the beach didn't take us anytime. Everything was just so perfect!!!!! Thank you so much for your kindness in everything. My family and I enjoyed staying at this great condo. It was great, just the right size for a family of four. The walk to the beach is just a short distance away. The area is beautiful and easy to get around. Can't wait to get back to this peaceful part of the world.

Hi Tricia Everything with the condo was Awesome! The air conditioning worked great. We kept it at 72 and it was perfect the entire time. I really enjoyed the key less entry also. Thank you again for everything. I'm sure it will be a while until I'm down that way with living this far North, but I can't wait until my next trip to the Seagrove/Seaside area. Hopefully your condo will be available because it's so nice, in a great location, and just the right price! Thanks Again! April
