SPACIOUS LIVING AREAS!
Climb the stairs to the top floor and enter the spacious living room, dining area and large open kitchen where you will be sure to enjoy the spacious and open feeling! The living room has a cozy fireplace, two large couches and a full entertainment center including a 52' TV with cable, DVD player, and stereo. One of the couches is a sofa sleeper that can accommodate 2 guests. Walk out the sliding glass door in the dining area and to the front deck and enjoy our beautiful sunsets over the Pacific Ocean. Have you ever seen a green flash??
OPEN KITCHEN!!
The fully equipped kitchen has all the modern appliances you could ask for including a dishwasher. If you decide to “cook in”, you’ll find plenty of pots and pans and dishes plus wine and margarita glasses!
KING BED IN MASTER!
This beach condo has two large bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. Both bedrooms have quality linens and huge closets to store your stuff. The king room has a full bath with tub and shower. The queen room also has a full bath with a shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans but we recommend you open the windows and enjoy the cool ocean breeze.
HUGE PRIVATE BACK DECK WITH BBQ!
Many of our past guests have told us that their favorite spot in this beach condo is the huge private back deck with a view of the ocean! Yes, it’s huge! Over 200 square feet with table seating for 6, lounge chairs and a gas BBQ!!! We’re lucky here in San Diego, we can BBQ and enjoy outdoor living almost every day of the year! You and your kids and your pet will definitely enjoy this private deck that is perfect for barbecues and entertaining.

Such a great way to spend a week in La Jolla. This rental is just a few steps from the beach and minutes from everything else in La Jolla. We will definitely be back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We rented this upstairs Windansea beach condo for the entire month of March. Upon arrival, we were so excited to see the ocean was in view from the front AND back porch! For 30 straight days we walked to the beach each morning with our dogs and all the neighboring coffee shops, lunch places, and great restaurants. The house was very quiet at night and star gazing from the back porch was amazing. Overall the accommodations were just as we expected, except the fireplace. That beat our expectations. It’s an old “pizza oven” type fire that is GREAT in the morning and night. If we find ourselves in LaJolla again, we will gladly be back!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The property where we stayed in La Jolla was in an excellent location-about a block from the beach. The apartment was well appointed and in good condition. There was off-street parking, a necessity when the streets became crowded on the week-ends. The amenities in the apartment were excellent. The staff was responsive to any of our requests. It was short distance from downtown LaJolla. All-in-all a lovely place to spend a vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.
