This rustic 65 year old cottage is only a stones throw to the lake and the dock where you can moor your boat, play in the water or just relax. Wander among the tall stately trees in the backyard and woods beyond. This is a Perfect Setting for a Relaxing Getaway any time of the year!

- Sandy beachs, ocean and lake, nearby. Float plane base with float plane tours, water equipment rentals, full boat services and licensed restaurant at the Marina, steps away. Shawnigan Lake Village, close by, offers many services including health care, pharmacy, post office, boutiques, dining, coffee shops,well stocked convenience stores, internet cafe, ATM's, gas station. DVD rentals etc. There are three golf courses less than 45 minutes drive away. Like to sight see?: Duncan the city of totems is 12 minutes north by car, Chemainus the City of Murals and dinner theatre is only 40 minutes north by car, and Victoria BC's provincial capital, with world famous Butchard Gardens, 40 minutes south by car, Mill Bay is to the east, 5 minutes by car for large shopping centre and ocean beachs. There are also several wineries in the area "the Tuscany of Canada".
