We are conveniently located right off route four only three and a half miles from Sea World and seven miles from Universal Studios. For you Coffee and Breakfast Lovers, Starbucks Cafe is right on site for your enjoyment.
Enjoy the beauty of Lake Bryan and the water sports including jet skis, power boats, swimming, water skiing, kayaking, canoeing, boat dock and fishing. There is an onsite video arcade as well. Our fresh water heated 6,000 square foot lagoon style swimming pool provides a beautiful view of Lake Bryan and includes a baby pool,private dock with Gazebo, Wetlands Walk, hot tub and a lake front tiki hut for snacks and drinks. A two level covered parking area is provided to protect your vehicle. We also have "key access only" elevators for your protection. The concierge can provide you with convenient attraction tickets available at discounted rates.
On-site check-in and management facility with 2000 square feet of meeting space is available for your easy check-in. Our condominium is professionally decorated by Catalina Interiors with granite counter tops throughout, nine foot ceilings, custom painted, two balconies, a bay window in the dining room providing a beautiful view of Lake Bryan and the lights of Orlando. Play a round of tropical mini golf at the adjacent 36 Hole Miniature Golf Course.
The Living room provides an entertainment center, queen-size sofa sleeper and a beautiful view of Lake Bryan. This unique condominium provides two patios with the first over looking Lake Bryan a 400 acre spring-fed lake with over 900 feet of frontage and the other patio off the Master Suite providing a fabulous view for the nightly fireworks at the parks.
The large kitchen provides a dishwasher, side by side refrigerator, oven/range microwave, double sinks with a disposal, with beautiful granite countertops throughout. A full-size washer and dryer are also provided.
The Master Suite provides a King-size bed, large closet, TV, DVD, music system, private balcony and bath with Whirlpool tub and granite counter tops throughout. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, an entertainment center and private bath. We value the privacy of our guests and as a self catering resort, we do not provide daily housekeeping service. If required, these services are available at an additional charge. You do however have plenty of towels in the unit with a washer and dryer.
This condominium even provides Bunk beds for two additional guests. No detail has been overlooked at this resort. Two fitness centers and game room are right off the pool for your enjoyment. Miniature golf is right next door with 16 golf course in the area. Close to Premium Outlet Mall, Restaurants, Dixie Stamped and Gatorland. I just wanted to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at your "Tropical Paradise." We all had a great time and loved your condo and its location. Your decor was beautiful and comfortable. The views of the lake and fireworks were beautiful! The kids loved the game room and the pool. Jet skiing was on top of their list. Thank you so much for all your patience and cooperation. I never expected the view of the lake to be so beautiful. We really enjoyed relaxing on the balcony each night. The fireworks were fabulous from the Master Suite balcony. The activities were great for the whole family and being only 9 blocks from Disney made it so convenient.Your condo was tastefully decorated and very comfortable. See you again next year.

Blue Heron is the best resort in Orlando. We loved the beautiful views of the lake and all the ameneties that this resort provided. The children enjoyed the pool, game room, fitness center, jet skiing and miniture golf. We enjoyed the large space and the convenience to everything. This was the first time we felt so relaxed leaving Orlando. Most of our trips to Orlando have been so hectic and we always felt so cramped in small quarters. Thanks again for making this trip our best ever! .

Thank you for sharing your wonderful condo with us. We were in Heaven with the total package of the Lake view, beautiful furnishings and wonderfully supplied kitchen. Blue Heron is now our favorite place in Orlando. The view of the Lake from the living room balcony and the fireworks at night from the Master bedroom balcony were wonderful. That was an added surprise. The pools were just beautiful with breath taking views of the lake. The children really enjoyed jet skiing,the game room and playing miniture golf. I enjoyed my husband cooking me great meals. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. We couldn't believe how close all the parks were. Thanks for making this our best vacation yet!!!!!!!!!!!!

What a FABULOUS place! Beautiful decor and close to all the great restaurants and shopping and family activities. The kids really enjoyed the pool, game room, and they let me beat them in miniature golf! And, you are so delightful to work with! How soon can we come back? So looking forward to next time.

We can't say enough good thing about your place in Orlando. We had a great time and conducted some pretty good business while we were there. The view of the lake was fantastic and having two balconies was amazing. We realy enjoyed watching the fireworks at night from the Master Suite balcony. The convenience of the many restaurants, minuture golf, shopping and only being 9 blocks from Disney made this trip extraordinary. The magnificent pool, game room and fitness center were used many times by both of us. Thank you so much again for making this one of our best times in Orlando.
