This third row, seven bedroom, eight and one-half bathroom home is located on two High Rigger in Palmetto Dunes. This is a quiet low traffic street in an area of multi-million dollar homes and is just a short two minute walk to one of the best beaches in Hilton Head.
Special features of the home include two living areas, a media room and a private pool with a jacuzzi tub (both can be heated for an additional fee). Upon entering the house, you are welcomed by a large great room, which is beautifully decorated and has a 50-inch plasma TV with Bose surround sound.
The media room contains a 42-inch plasma TV, a queen sofa and a private bath - this room could easily be used as an eighth bedroom. Just off of the great room, a deck leads you to the pool area with large green space behind the home. You will also find a new gas grill.
This seven bedroom home is perfect for large families or for sharing with friends. The home can accommodate up to sixteen (16). Three of the bedrooms are located on the first floor. The master suite offers a king-size bed with a private bath and a jacuzzi. In total there are two kings, three queen-size and four twin-size beds. Each of the bedrooms has a TV and a DVD player.
The dining room has seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen is designed with efficiency and convenience in mind. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a center island breakfast table.

Perfect vacation home for large families

This spring break my children and grandchildren had the chance to stay in this home. The home was very clean and the perfect size for us. There were 8.5 baths so we didnt have any problems with getting showered and out. The pool and spa were perfect for the younger kids as well as the adults. The home is a short walk to the beach.There were good bike riding paths for the kids nearby. The weather was beautiful and we had a very relaxing stay . Plan on returning soon!
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.
