This second floor immaculate rental unit has unobstructed views of the bay and is located on a quiet dead end street with a short two block walk to the beach and off-street parking. Restaurants and shopping are within walking distance.
The dwelling area consists of a large furnished fiberglass deck, living room, kitchen, dining area, three bedrooms one queen-size and four twin beds, one full tiled bath and a large clean outside shower with a light.
Our renters enjoy swimming in the ocean or bay, crabbing and fishing just steps from the house, boating, surfing and many other water sports.
We are located only two blocks from "Bay View Park", which has a guarded Bay Beach, children's playground, basketball courts, horse shoes, a fishing and crabbing dock, gazebo, picnic area, rest rooms and the only official windsurfing location on Long Beach Island where the views are fantastic.
This is a very comfortable, air conditioned, clean, nicely decorated home with a beach theme where you will have a lovely time with your family and friends. Available weekly during the summer. Please inquire about special pricing and availability for weekends in the Fall and Spring.

We had a great time at LBI and Laura and Brian were awesome hosts. They were super helpful and accommodating. It was great to have the bay view from the house and be able to take a (very) short stroll to feed the ducks or look out on the bay. Our son love it! We'll be back!

Had a great time staying with Brian and Laura, extremely gracious hosts. Could roll out of bed and start fishing or check crab nets. kids had a great time doing both. outdoor shower was awesome to get everyone cleaned up in a hurry, walked to bay beach and ocean. i recommend it...

First and foremost I need to say that this unit was immaculate. The brand new wood flooring was spot less, and the over all decor was adorable. When you walked in you felt like you were walking into a beautiful seaside escape. I have been renting houses on the Jersey Shore for years now and this by far exceeded my expectations of comfort and affordability. In fact it was a steal! The views of the bay were spectacular. The owners were very extremely kind and friendly. They were also helpful when suggesting different activities and the best places to eat on the island. I have recommended this property to countless friends, and we all feel the same way, this house is a true GEM!! I cannot wait for next summer!!

Our family of 6 had a comfortable and lovely stay in this cute duplex steps from the bay. Brian and Laura were lovely hosts making us feel more like family than guests. We shared wine and crabs! The location was an easy walk or 1 minute drive to the beach where parking was a breeze, and the bay was literally in the front yard. Hopefully we can make this a yearly event.

I stayed here with a friend of mine in August and it was a much needed treat. Its always hard to rent a place not knowing if its clean or comfortable and this place was both. The owners keep it up and you can tell the other renters they have year after year take care of the place as well. It was perfect for two ladies just looking for a relaxing week but I would also bring my family down for a family week. The bay is just beautiful and the location is very central to everything on the Island. If I had to say one bad thing it would just be that the week went by too quickly. Thanks for a great stay! Sam

This was our first visit to LBI - My husband and I, our 2 teen daughters and my husband's mother. We were very lucky to have found this rental. The apartment is very clean, well-maintained and comfortable for the 5 of us with a pretty beach decor. Laura and Brian are very gracious hosts and go out of their way to make their tenants feel at home. They treat you like family, and help out in any way with information about great restaurants, the beaches and other places to visit. The master bedroom and living has an awesome view of the bay. We spent a lot of time on the 2nd floor deck enjoying the great sea breezes. A few steps from the house to the bay to watch the sunsets, and a short couple block walk to amazing beaches and great waves. Thank you so much Laura and Brian - it was the most relaxing vacation we've had in a long time. We look forward to seeing you both again on our next trip to LBI.

We stayed at The Schuster's beach home August 8-15. It was my husband and I, my sons ages 12 and 4 and my niece(Wendy). We have been coming to LBI for many(10+) years now and this was a pleasant find. The house is bright,clean,and comfortable. Everything was available for us to use, beach wagon,kiddie pool and even extra crabbing pots. This house is within a short walking distance to the bay(sunsets), beach(surfing) and playground. Brian and Laura are so welcoming, you never want to leave.

We went to NJ for a family wedding and the wedding hotel didn't have rooms big enough for us and our 3 kids. After searching through rentals on VRBO, we found this gem. Laura the owner is beyond wonderful. She made the stay so pleasant. The apartment was very clean, had plenty of room for our family of 5, and Laura went out of her way to make us feel at home. If we ever have a reason to head back to Brant Beach, there is no question where we will stay. Thanks again, Laura!

My family and I have been renting here for years and find it to be the perfect family vacation spot. What's not to love? Great weather, clean beaches, wonderful restaurants, Pasta & Sinatra Night at Nardi's, friendly neighbors, a quiet environment, free summer concerts, and warm, caring landlords who treat their tenants like family. The apt. is easily walkable to the bay, beach, restaurants, playground, ice cream parlor, etc. even for young children. The apt. has bay views from 4 rooms. We love that. My family and I have been to all parts of the island and like this place the best. Great, central location. Very reasonable rates. Take it from a Jersey Girl. This place is a winner!!!
