Our unit is just steps from the beach. There are nearby golf courses and hiking and biking paths. We are adjacent to Eastern Lake where you can canoe or kayak. The Seagrove Beach/Seaside area has many delicious restaurants and great shopping.

My husband and I and our son and his family, including a 3 yo and 7 yo just got back from a week's stay. The condo is within a few minutes all boardwalk to a beach that is one of the most gorgeous I've ever visited. We loved the white sand and crystal clear, turquoise water. The condo looks just like the photos. We found it in very clean condition with new, white fluffy towels and a fully equipped kitchen of nice dishes and glasses of every size and shape. We wanted a family friendly condo and we got it. And, it is an excellent price for that area. It is very close proximity to the pool which was also a hit with the grandchildren. Seaside is just down the road with all sorts of great eateries and family fun. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who values location and price over the latest in high priced beach decor. We will return!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+, families with teenagers.
