Casa De Las Estrellas is one of the few, two-story Mediterranean style villas located right on the northern end of the beautiful, pristine San Pancho Beach. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and all bedrooms have ocean views as well as the kitchen and dining/living room area. The villa also includes a two-car garage, barbecue, large outdoor terrace, and most of all, a swimming pool fronting the Pacific Ocean. A short walk will take you to one of the finest dinner restaurants in Costa Azul, Mar Plata. Another short walk will take you to the Costa Azul Hotel, where you can use the ATM machine, rent mountain bikes, kayaks, and/or enjoy an oceanside cocktail. You can also take a 20 minute leisurely stroll down the beach or (5 minute drive) to the heart of San Pancho where you will find excellent a myriad of grocery stores, local restaurants and quaint shops lining the cobblestone streets.
