The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with double sinks, an open shower, and an over-sized bathtub. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and the den features a full-size futon and a single-size futon. In addition there is a full-size air mattress available to use.

There are lake views from both the front and rear yards along with views of the local mountains. The swimming pool has a cover and a gas heater allowing it to be heated during the cooler winter months.
