The white picket fenced exclusive community of Crystal Shores puts you within two blocks of the new COMMONS Shopping Mall and Rave Motion Pictures as well as numerous restaurants, magnificent golf courses, and a Publix grocery.
There is a lovely shaded community pool just down the long driveway, which provides parking for up to six vehicles. "BREEZY SHORE" beach house offers a balcony or deck for each bedroom plus a huge wrap-around front porch. You will enjoy outdoor cook-outs on the backyard deck with new grille and picnic table.
This beautiful home was professionally decorated with comfort and style where you will find a separate jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with TV's and VCR's. The living room has a 46 inch flat panel 1080p lcd high def. tv with a upconverting dvd player recieving hd over the cable.The master bedroom features a 32 tv and dvd there is free high speed wifi throughout the house.
There are two king-size bedroom suites on the second floor, and the kids will love their "tower" room that sleeps three on the third floor. The fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed and is on the ground floor. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a matching six foot conventional sofa.
The kitchen has just been upgraded with granite countertops, stainless appliances and cherry cabinets
