Historic but modernized, 1300 plus square foot home on a three plus acre property, surrounded by Pike National Forest, secluded and easily accessible. Property has plenty of mature pines, blue spruce, and a haven for birds (hummingbird's galore!). It is an ideal place for those relaxing evenings sitting around a bonfire (when allowed) and far enough away from the city lights for incredible night sky views!

Property is stocked with vacationer's supplies (full list can be provided). Location is about twelve miles north of Woodland Park, ~ 10 minutes from premier fly-fishing on the South Platte River at Deckers or ~30 minutes from the gorgeous 11-Mile-Canyon.

Please note: This property has an original floorplan designed in the late 1800's (closed in garages on the ground floor, main living area is upstairs). It is an L-shaped design with a step into the livingroom, as well. It is not friendly for handicapped individuals or for small, unattended children.
