Very quiet and safe but in the middle of everything - shopping, beaches, cozy cafes and top restaurants. Completely renovated second floor apartment, in a stylish Art Deco building with an elevator, located in the heart of Nice. Only 50m (150 feet) away from the Sea, Pedestrian Zone, Hotel Negresco. Fully air-conditioned and loaded. Spacious 900 sq feet (~90 sq m) of living area with high ceilings and light, airy rooms. Outdoor terrace is good for homish dining. The apartment is furnished and presented to the very highest standards. Fast access to buses, trains, places of interest. Would be ideal for a family, or 2 couples. " The apartment is lovely, the chandeliers are so elegant. It is roomy, very comfortable, well equipped, and quiet. It is well situated, close to the Promenade des Anglais, old town, a reliable bus service too and from the airport. The shops include butcher baker but not a candlestick maker however the Italian deli and fruit and vegetable shops make up for that. Plenty of restaurants. If you need any help in deciding what to do the Tourist Information is 5 minutes away. Nice has a lot to offer, we had a lovely time there. (David Lamb – Newcastle, England)"

The arrangements were handled exceptionally well by Paul and the team at Go- Nice from initial booking, to key collection, to our exit at the end. The apartment is really well kitted out, very spacious, a wonderful feel to it and exceptionally well located less than 2 minutes walk to the beach and very close to the main eating/shopping areas in Nice. Longterm renters appreciate the stay and the management. Craig Gotsman says: "This is a very elegant stylish 2 bedroom apt. Fits 4 comfortably, but 6 can stay too if needed. Location is ideal - half a block from Blue Beach, and not too noisy. We stayed there for 5 weeks, and enjoyed every moment. Paul Manion - the Manager - was very helpful and considerate in getting us set up with everything we needed and troubleshooting quirks. We definitely recommend working with him."

It is roomy, very comfortable and well equipped, although close to busy areas the flat itself is quiet. It is well situated, close to the Promenade des Anglais, about a 15 minute walk to the old town. Close to a reliable bus service too and from the airport. The shops on Rue Meyerbeer include butcher baker but not a candlestick maker however the Italian deli and fruit and vegetable shops make up for that. Just off Rue Meyerbeer, along the Rue de France/Rue de Messina are plenty of restaurants. If you need any help in deciding what to do the Tourist Information is 5 minutes away. Nice has a lot to offer, we had a lovely time there".

We have just returned from a great stay in Nice and it was this apartment that made our holiday great. As we had never stayed in an apartment before, me did not really know what to expect. But we were very surprised to see how good it could be. The location of the apartment was excellent – beaches, the promenade, even few lovely bakeries within a short walking distance. The rear terrace was a real bonus. It was very useful for drying clothes out on the line, or having breakfast and dinner out on. The facilities inside are excellent too – airy rooms, very clean, good kitchen for cooking, great lounge for relaxing in front of the tv, cozy bedrooms. Booking the apartment was extremely easy. All in all this was a perfect apartment for a perfect holiday and we would have no problem recommending it to any of our family and friends. We hope to be back again too.
