This townhome is located at 31 Birdie Lane in the gated golf community of StoneBridge Village. In addition to this unit, we have three other 3 bedroom townhomes (VRBO listings 115770, 78638 and 102229) to accommodate up to 40 people (10 each unit) for family reunions and group events. Two of the townhomes have wheelchair accessible bedrooms with roll in showers and are located next to each other (VRBO listing 94258)! Space:
This spacious 1821 square foot, three bedroom, three bathroom retreat located just outside of Branson, Missouri is in the gated golf community of StoneBridge Village nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains. We have a beautiful views of the valley and fairway of the award winning championship Ledgestone golf course.It's not unusual to wake up in the morning to see deer or wild turkeys roaming through the area.

Conveniences:
Imagine waking up in the morning and having your first cup of coffee on the screened, L-shaped, private deck overlooking the fairway. Relax in your bathrobe while you have breakfast and contemplate the many activity options for the day.

The well equipped kitchen with complete dinnerware provides many options for meals. Pack a picnic lunch and enjoy all the natural beauty of Table Rock Lake or Eureka Springs. Place a complete frozen meal in the crockpot to enjoy at the end of the day or throw some steaks on the gas barbecue grill on the deck. If you prefer dining out, just stock the kitchen with your favorite drinks and snacks!

Our convenient location allows you to enjoy all the area attractions. Branson is one of the fastest growing tourist attractions of the country. Being three miles from Branson puts you right in the heart of some of the best live music anywhere in the country. There are more live shows and more theater seats available here in Branson than in New York City or Nashville.

We are only 1 mile from Silver Dollar City offering fun for all ages. Less than four miles away is Celebration City with rides and boardwalk area. Just three miles on the famous strip you will find White Water, a large water park to cool off on those hot days. Additional water activities can be found at Table Rock Lake , only four miles from our townhome.

At the end of the day full of activities, return to the expansive great room to share your experiences with friends, family and your pet.

Privacy:
There are only four units in each building providing a private and quiet environment. Our townhome is on ground level with one walkout basement unit below. Our vacation home is located in an upscale gated community of StoneBridge Village with its custom homes, not a large complex of condominiums. These spacious townhomes were built in 2006 & 2007 and are described as a Villa and Patio home.

Easy Access:
Parking is in front of the unit with only two or three small steps up to the ground floor entry and no steps for the wheelchair accessible units. A main floor master bedroom with a stand alone shower and second bedroom with a full bathroom provide easy access.

Value:
The price per couple is lower than a most hotel rooms, not to mention the potential savings on dining out!. Each of our Vacation Homes sleeps ten people comfortability.

Experience all the amenities you would expect from a four star hotel at a one star price. Three pools, three lighted tennis courts, room service, fitness room, conference room, 27 inch cable TVs in every room, full bathrooms (master with Jacuzzi tub) with hair dryers, spa type soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioners, iron, ironing board and full size washer and dryer in the townhome. Other amenities include hiking and nature trails, kids playground and discount golf at Ledgestone Golf Course. Challenge yourself to 18 holes of championship golf with cart at this semi-private golf course!

Forget the common hotel room and retreat to this warm professionally decorated home. Extra touches such as a gas barbecue grill and PC with high speed internet access make you feel at home. Complete the home felling by bringing your pets with prior approval and a nightly fee.

Rest assured that you are protected when you do business with us. We have obtained a merchant account that required a credit and back ground check. My wife Cheryl and two daughters live in Highlands Ranch Colorado. Cheryl works at a local hospital and I work in the Information Technology field. We have a lifelong passion for travel and have traveled to many exciting places as a family. Travel has helped to develop and maintain a close relationship with our daughters. Why the Owner Chose Branson

I'm from a large family of seven and my wife has two siblings. We love to travel with members of our family, so we decided to buy a total of four townhomes to accommodate our family. We also received requests from large groups that were planning family reunions and decided we were not alone in our need for more space for large family groups.
Two of our three bedroom three bath townhomes were custom built to allowing wheelchair access to the entire main floor including a private bedroom and bath. We wanted to offer access to the elderly and for the brave men and women of our armed services that are wheelchair bound so that they may enjoy sharing lodging with family members.

The Unique Benefits of this Townhome

We enjoy taking advantage of all the amenities StoneBridge has to offer! We golf at Ledgestone and swim in one of the three pools. Spending time on the screened porch is a great way to reflect on the day and just relax!

    • David and Cheryl, Just wanted to let you both know how much we enjoyed our stay in the townhome at 1241 Golf Drive. We stayed 5 nights and loved it. The view of the fairway and surroundings were terrific. We had plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms were great. We really felt at home. Note:.... if you're just needing a Walmart or Walgreens, Branson West is much closer than Branson. You can run in town and back out in no time. Stonebridge Village is very peaceful and beautiful area.

    • My husband and I and our two kids and their spouses stayed at unit 1241 for three days after Christmas. We all had such a good time and the unit was so nice because each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The first morning we were there we were even able to have breakfast out on the enclosed deck because the temperature was so warm. The dining area had a nice big table to play games at in the evening and the unit even had games available for use. We would definitely recommend staying here for families because the units are side by side if you have even more coming to spend a vacation with you.

    • Six couples from our church recently rented Birdie 85-3 & 85-4 for 3 nights. Each unit was very clean & very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy being together. It was especially nice to have the units right next door to each other. We had a wonderful weekend & enjoyed being at Stone Bridge. It is a beautiful area in Branson. David was always very helpful with any questions we had when making the reservations. I would highly recommend the units on Birdie Lane & hope to return there again in the future.

First, for building such a wonderful townhome for anyone with mobility issues and second, for your quick response to any issues I had prior to my visit to Branson. My five friends and I were celebrating our 35th annual girls weekend and chose Branson for our first ever full week away from home. We had a wonderful time. Your townhome at 85-3 Birdie Lane was a large part of that fun! The townhome was immaculate and located in a beautiful area, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, the three bathrooms were a huge bonus and we even used the washer and dryer. For my personal needs, your willingness to purchase and install a toilet safety rail (and allowing the bed frame to be removed so the bed height was perfect for me) showed me in advance that you would bend over backwards to make our stay perfect. It was! I will make sure to give your townhomes a glowing recommendation in all the websites I use to locate accomodations for people with disabilities. Thanks so much for helping to make our 35th the most fun we've ever had!

    • My husband and I and our 12 and 15 year old children just spent 7 nights in David & Cheryls Branson townhome. We loved everything about it. We stayed in Branson many times and truly enjoyed this experience. We had cooler weather than usual so we didn't get to enjoy the swimming pools, but they looked great, there are many things to do at StoneBridge, we would highly recommend this to anyone, way better than staying at a hotel!

    • Dear David and Cheryl, My husband and I stayed in 31-3 on Birdie Lane last week (August 4th through the 7th,2008) with our two daughters, 2 sons-in-law and 4 grandchildren and we thoroughly enjoyed your townhome. Both daughters and their husbands said they really liked the townhome and the Stonebridge area and thought it was such a good idea to stay together in one home, especially with the well-equipped kitchen, the gas grill and the washer and dryer! We truly appreciated having king and queen size beds. Many rentals list sleeping accommodations for 10 or more but reading the details reveals less than desirable sleeping accommodations. Your home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The Stonebridge community is beautiful and quiet. Our only regret is that the “heatwave” kept us from enjoying the outdoors as much as we would have liked. After a day out in 100+ degree weather, our small grandchildren could not take hot evenings at the pool or nature walks. We are hopeful we can get everyone together again for a group vacation – we will definitely schedule our stay in your townhomes. We also appreciated the new Walmart and large grocery store just up the road on Highway 13 – very convenient without having to get involved in the traffic towards Branson. The commute to Branson and the alternate blue, red and yellow routes were very easily accessed from Stonebridge yet we felt like we were far away from all the activity when we reached “home” each evening.     • My family and I recently spent a week in this beautiful condo. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location of Stonebridge is perfect and is easy accessible to everything in Branson. There is tons to do within the resort as well. We would recommend this condo to anyone!

    • I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with David again on any property his owns. We spent a week with large family and had 2 of his units. PLENTY of room for all. We had everything we needed with what was supplied with condos. We had planned this for almost a year, David was very easy to work with and always a phone call away. The condos were EXCELLENT. Very nice. They are just outside of the hussle of Branson but easy to get places you may want to go. I will use again for myself and even for others. Thanks to David and family for their friendlyness and nice place.
