We would highly recommend staying at this large, family & pet friendly townhome in a wonderful development with lots of ammenities. House is well equipped and very clean. Wrap-around screened porch is great, especially during the fall and spring. The clubhouse has a great Sunday brunch with live music. We'll definitely be coming back...this was our second time to rent from this owner.

I answered the ad for Condo 78638 on Golf and until receiving the contract had no reason to believe this might not be the unit we would rent. I complied with the owner's request, putting down the requested deposit, received the contract that said 'I would be assigned one of the units upon receipt of the second payment towards the week's rent'. When originally talking with the owner very early in the season, I told him I answered ad 78638 with few steps because we were older and being closer to the pool would be great for the grandchildren. He gave me no indication we would not be assigned the unit we wanted. After the final payment was made, my daughter noticed there were two days availability the week we were to occupy the unit. I again called the owner, he said the availability showed because he still had availability in the other units at that time. Still thinking I had the unit on Golf, I called two days prior to our check-in to see if everything was a go for us to check into the unit on Golf. At that time, I found out we were assigned VBRO 93659. Calling him again, he said I never indicated to him that I wanted the Golf unit, and he was running a business and assigned units as if they were hotels, and that he had a mortgage to pay and if I had requested a certain unit it would be to no avail as he didn't operate that way. We could either take the unit assigned, or leave it it - two days prior to the schedled arrival time! Our unit did NOT have a view of the fairway. You see the tops of the roofs of other units. The NEW gas grill he said was in the unit was so greasy and dirty the someone had written their name on cover. I cleaned it inside and out, and still the grill smoked so badly that smoke trailed along the celing of the screened porch and into the master bedroom. The scariest part is that the smoke alarm in the master bedroom did not sound when smoke was thick in the room. We used the grill only one time as we were afraid of it. Carpet tack strips were coming through the matted carpet preventing us from going barefoot in kitchen/dining area and the place overall needs a thorough cleaning - thick dust on ceiling fans, foodstuffs stuck on the kitchen countertops when we arrived, plumbing in 2 showers in disrepair, diseased evergreen in the front of the unit with bagworms dropping and crawling on the entryway. We are in contact with a Stonebridge board member about our experience with this misleading owner.

Owner response:We are very sorry for any confusion on behalf of the guest. Our main method for ensuring no misunderstandings is our contract that states "A 3 bedroom 3 bath unit will be assigned at check in". We have also added notes to all our VRBO listings to help ensure no future misunderstandings. All of units have the same floor plan, number of beds and no flights of stairs to the main floor. They are also located within a radius 500 ft of each other on two streets. We are fortunate to have a on-site welcome center with a dedicated housekeeping and maintenance staff. Unfortunately, the guest did not contact the welcome center staff or us so the cleaning and maintenance issues could have been addressed during their visit. My wife Cheryl and I take great pride in providing a high quality guest experience and have a loyal following of repeat guests and make every attempt to build on this base of repeat guests.

David & Cheryl, Just wanted to let you both know how much my family and I enjoyed staying at your condo in Branson. We stayed at 85 Birdie Lane #3. It was very nice and accomodating for all. This unit had the handicap access which was great for my mom & aunt who are elderly. It's a great location--very convenient. David and Cheryl, Just wanted to let you both know how much we enjoyed our stay in the townhome at 1241 Golf Drive. We stayed 5 nights and loved it. The view of the fairway and surroundings were terrific. We had plenty of room and the 3 bathrooms were great. We really felt at home. Note:.... if you're just needing a Walmart or Walgreens, Branson West is much closer than Branson. You can run in town and back out in no time. Stonebridge Village is very peaceful and beautiful area.

My husband and I and our two kids and their spouses stayed at unit 1241 for three days after Christmas. We all had such a good time and the unit was so nice because each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The first morning we were there we were even able to have breakfast out on the enclosed deck because the temperature was so warm. The dining area had a nice big table to play games at in the evening and the unit even had games available for use. We would definitely recommend staying here for families because the units are side by side if you have even more coming to spend a vacation with you.

Six couples from our church recently rented Birdie 85-3 & 85-4 for 3 nights. Each unit was very clean & very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of room for all of us to enjoy being together. It was especially nice to have the units right next door to each other. We had a wonderful weekend & enjoyed being at Stone Bridge. It is a beautiful area in Branson. David was always very helpful with any questions we had when making the reservations. I would highly recommend the units on Birdie Lane & hope to return there again in the future.

Dear David and Cheryl, My husband and I stayed in 31-3 on Birdie Lane last week (August 4th through the 7th,2008) with our two daughters, 2 sons-in-law and 4 grandchildren and we thoroughly enjoyed your townhome. Both daughters and their husbands said they really liked the townhome and the Stonebridge area and thought it was such a good idea to stay together in one home, especially with the well-equipped kitchen, the gas grill and the washer and dryer! We truly appreciated having king and queen size beds. Many rentals list sleeping accommodations for 10 or more but reading the details reveals less than desirable sleeping accommodations. Your home was nicely decorated and very comfortable. The Stonebridge community is beautiful and quiet. Our only regret is that the “heatwave” kept us from enjoying the outdoors as much as we would have liked. After a day out in 100+ degree weather, our small grandchildren could not take hot evenings at the pool or nature walks. We are hopeful we can get everyone together again for a group vacation – we will definitely schedule our stay in your townhomes. We also appreciated the new Walmart and large grocery store just up the road on Highway 13 – very convenient without having to get involved in the traffic towards Branson. The commute to Branson and the alternate blue, red and yellow routes were very easily accessed from Stonebridge yet we felt like we were far away from all the activity when we reached “home” each evening. David and Cheryl, As a wheelchair user, I can't thank you enough. First, for building such a wonderful townhome for anyone with mobility issues and second, for your quick response to any issues I had prior to my visit to Branson. My five friends and I were celebrating our 35th annual girls weekend and chose Branson for our first ever full week away from home. We had a wonderful time. Your townhome at 85-3 Birdie Lane was a large part of that fun! The townhome was immaculate and located in a beautiful area, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well supplied, the three bathrooms were a huge bonus and we even used the washer and dryer. For my personal needs, your willingness to purchase and install a toilet safety rail (and allowing the bed frame to be removed so the bed height was perfect for me) showed me in advance that you would bend over backwards to make our stay perfect. It was! I will make sure to give your townhomes a glowing recommendation in all the websites I use to locate accomodations for people with disabilities. Thanks so much for helping to make our 35th the most fun we've ever had!

My husband and I and our 12 and 15 year old children just spent 7 nights in David & Cheryls Branson townhome. We loved everything about it. We stayed in Branson many times and truly enjoyed this experience. We had cooler weather than usual so we didn't get to enjoy the swimming pools, but they looked great, there are many things to do at StoneBridge, we would highly recommend this to anyone, way better than staying at a hotel!

My family and I recently spent a week in this beautiful condo. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The location of Stonebridge is perfect and is easy accessible to everything in Branson. There is tons to do within the resort as well. We would recommend this condo to anyone!

I would HIGHLY recommend dealing with David again on any property his owns. We spent a week with large family and had 2 of his units. PLENTY of room for all. We had everything we needed with what was supplied with condos. We had planned this for almost a year, David was very easy to work with and always a phone call away. The condos were EXCELLENT. Very nice. They are just outside of the hussle of Branson but easy to get places you may want to go. I will use again for myself and even for others. Thanks to David and family for their friendlyness and nice place.

We stayed in a 3/3 townhouse in Building 31 on Birdie lane for a week at the end of June/beginning of July 2008. What a GREAT place. 4 adults and two kids were absolutely comfortable. We loved having the well equipped full kitchen and full-sized washer and dryer. The Neitz's have thought of everything. TVs and DVD players were great for the kids. If you like to cook this is the place for you. They have more pots, pans and baking dishes than I have at home, plus blender, crock pot, food processor in addition to the standard appliances and full set of dishes and utensils with serving pieces. The screened in porch was heavenly for breakfast and for watching the fireworks all around. The linens were all plush. Lots of space, beautiful decor. Having access to the club with pool was great too. Golf Course was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation condo. Will definitely stay there again next trip to Branson.

We received outstanding directions to Stonebridge and arrived at the Welcome Center on time. We were received by a very helpful and friendly staff. The unit was very beautifully decorated and family oriented. We had the privilege of traveling with our daughter and son and their families and couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, build lasting memories and tour Branson. We were a mile from Silver Dollar City and 15 minutes from everything downtown. The guards at the gate and center were eager to help us with directions to anything we wanted to do. If we are back in the area, we will definitely stay at Stonebridge again.

Wow!!!!!!!! My husband and myself along with our minister, his wife and three other people from our church stayed at the townhouse on Birdie Lane. Absolutely everything was as promised. It was absolutely beautiful, quiet and very clean. We enjoyed breakfast in the unit along with lunch grilled on the patio. David and Cheryl Neitz were a joy to talk with and even asked if there was anything they could do better.... We went to see Noah and the Passion Play, Eureka Springs, Ark during our stay and staying here made it even more enjoyable as it was close to both. Thanks to these two lovely people for letting us have a wonderful joyful vacation.

Our entire family of ten stayed at a lovely townhome on Golf Lane in Stonebridge Village. The home was absolutely beautiful! I had made reservations with the owners (David & his sweet wife Cheryl) several months in advance of our vacation. They made you feel as if you had known them for years....very delightful couple! We loved everything about the home, the location and Branson. I would most definitely recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We just got back from our stay in the Townhome on Birdie Lane # 85 3 & 4. We had 14 people stay and we had a blast. Everything was a promised and more. We will defentily be back. The rooms are very spacious and the atmosphere was breath taking. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything anyone would need. Guards were very pleasant, the value of the accomodations were well worth the expense beats a hotel room. We will be back!!!

This was our 7th trip to Stonebridge Village. We have always stayed in the Lodges and been very satisfied. However due to a misunderstanding when making our reservations via Stonebridge, we were booked in a Townhome on Birdie Lane. They say everything happens for a reason. That is the truth. We have decided we actually prefer the Townhomes now over the Lodges. We had a few minor maintenance issues. One call to David the owner and he took care of everything! He was very quick to make sure our concerns were taken care and followed up more than once. Thanks to his concern, we had a great time and will definately be back to his properties again. We also now know in the future to visit his site and book our reservations directly through him. I am confident he will see to it we have another great, hassle free visit!

Nine members of our family spent 4 nights in your townhome in Branson last week and had a wonderful time! Having a full kitchen and the expansive deck with grilling capabilities was not only a huge cost-savings for our group, but also a great bonding experience. We were frustrated upon arrival that we were not able to connect to the wireless internet that was advertised and then really surprised at how completely professional the owner was in handling our concerns. He had a new router delivered and installed the next day. Now that's service! This is a great value & a beautiful location for visiting the theme parks and West Branson attractions.

We stayed at the Birdie Lane townhome Thanksgiving week with a couple of our friends and our pets. We were amazed at how roomy and comfy this rental was. The decor was lovely and the fully stocked kitchen was a big plus. This was a nicer way to get away without the typical "hotel" feel.

We spend a lot of time on the road and rate by cleanliness, comfort, and user-friendly. The Townhome on Birdie Lane rated a top score in all of these areas. Add to that the room, the view and the furnishings and we can truly say it was a great stay.
