The condominium offers every convenience and amenity of home... and more! The large two bedroom, two bath condo was recently repainted and redecorated. All bedroom and bath linens are new. The kitchen is supplied with new dishes, utensils and small appliances. Both the living room and master bedroom include a TV and VCR with cable.
The large lake front balcony spans the living room and dining room with an eating area on one side including a grill and lounge chairs on the other side. The condo has a reserved covered parking space directly in front of the condo for convenient access.
Golf, water-ski, sail, fish, or just sit on the private dock or beach and enjoy the lake. Go downhill skiing at Bristol Mountain - located only six miles away or snowmobile or cross-country ski. And the best... relax and take in the expansive view from the patio overlooking the lake.
Enjoy the amenities of Bristol Harbour Resort, including a full service pro shop and golf course, a tavern and restaurant onsite, tennis courts, boat slips and a private beach.

While the listing description was accurate, it understated the quality of the unit. This condo was large, lovely, well cared for with plenty of supplies, and very clean. Having stayed at most of the VRBO units at Bristol Harbor, each with a few shortcomings/complaints, we didn't have any complaints at the Laytons. We all thought this was the very nicest! Thank you!
