This unit has a wood-burning fireplace to warm your soul after a long day of playing. Sit in front of the fire and just relax, or enjoy more fun with one of the many board games. There is also a balcony if you prefer to sit outside – enjoying the cool mountain air.

Summer Fun: A hiking trail starts right across the street from the Condo. Bike the many trails available or go white-water rafting for the day. Other summer fun: Golf, Adventure Park (mid-mountain) and shopping. There is a summer concert series, art festivals and more.

Winter Fun: Less than five minutes walk to Quicksilver Lift, shopping and dining. Five world-class ski areas within 30 minutes of Condo (Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Copper, and Breck). Other winter fun: ice skating on Maggie Pond, snowmobiling, snow cat rides, Adventure Park (mid-mountain).

  • My husband and I stayed here for an extended weekend. It was wonderful!! The condo is in a great location and is so comfy. You'll love the fireplace and for longer stays the full kitchen is great. Great for a romantic getaway.

  • This is a wonderful studio condo to stay in for Summer. I was there for two nights in June - one day it was 80 degrees and the next it snowed. It is Colorado. :-) It is an easy walk into town for dining and shopping and a short walk to hike or bike Peak 9. The Blue River is just across the street for finding a place to sit for some sun and quiet. The unit is very clean and very well taken care of and the internet is a definite bonus if you cannot leave your laptop at home.

  • We loved this cozy unit. It was well-located - close to the lifts and close to town. The bed was great! Bobbie was wonderful as well. She was incredibly nice and helpful when we called after midnight and were slightly misplaced. Would definitely stay here again.

  • August 23 thru August 31, 2007 Such a wonderful stay in this nicely furnished studio. Everything was perfect for our stay. Really enjoyed the extra comfortable bed and the town of Breckenridge. The cozy condo had everything that we needed and was exactly what we expected. The owner of the condo was very helpful and keeps the condo nice and clean. We traveled 1500 miles one way and we were very happy with our stay. I would highly recomend! Thanks Bobbi for a wonderful stay. Can't wait for our next visit....

  • Wow, where to begin! We had such a lovely time staying at the Motherlode! They had everything we needed and our stay was extremely comfortable. Excellent location, within walking distance to great shopping and dining! This was our first stop on a 4000 mile road trip, and it was the nicest of our accomodations BY FAR! So cozy and comfortable, it felt so good to snuggle up on the porch with some wine after a long day of site-seeing!   • I’m so thrilled we found this lovely furnished condo for our weekend getaway. What a GREAT location . . . within walking distance of everything we wanted to do and see in Breckinridge. We walked for coffee every morning and there are so many fun shops and restaurants, especially the crepe wagon! We even took a stroll to the Breckinridge Brewery for a beer one beautiful snowy evening. Vail is only a short drive away. We spent an entire day there (we had pedicures at the Aria Spa, enjoyed a delicious lunch, rode the gondola and had fun shopping in the village. Every night we slept incredibly well in the comfortable bed, and I loved the water pressure in the shower! Very clean and neat. We will definitely be back.
