We stayed here for a last-minute MLK Day getaway, and were very satisfied. The owner is responsive and helpful, there was always room in the hot tubs - even on this busy weekend -and the room was quite cozy and well-supplied with cleaning materials and basic needs (toilet paper, paper towels, etc). The ceiling's a bit thin, though, so we could hear the upstairs neighbors pretty clearly. Parking was easy and convenient, as was walking access to lifts and town. Altogether, it was a quite relaxing stay, and unbeatable for the price. Thanks for a great weekend!

My wife, daughter and myself stayed here for 10 days over Christmas break and were very happy with the accomodations. The unit was clean, recently renovated and very comfortable. This was everything we expected and more. Bobbi was a pleasure to work with and there were no hidden surprises here. We would definitely reccommend for those looking fior a convenient, clean and cozy place to stay in Breck. Chris

We had such a great time at your condo in Breckenridge. It was so much fun playing outside in the snow and coming back to a nice warm studio. The kitchen remodel is beautiful and I never heard a peep from the neighbors. Great location, can't wait to go back. Great location and Accurate description. Photos are accurate. Property was clean and well maintained. I may have been the first one to use the new kitchen. The owner is very professional and a delight. I would most certainly recommend this property to friends and family.

We stayed here in March 2011 and it does have some good points. It's clean, decor is fresh and very well located. There are however some minor problems, and one very big one. The wall between the condo and the neighbours seem to be made of cardboard or some other equally flimsy material, and the wooden ceiling seems to be the floor boards of the condo above. In short there is absolutely no sound insulation and you can hear everything the neighbours say, every foot step, every bit of TV or music they listen to, and this can get quite annoying at one in the morning. The guest book is full of similar comments so this is not an isolated incident. Such a shame because the owner could fix this cheaply and easily but chooses not to. Other things are frustrating too but not to the same extent. The advert says flat screen TV but this isn't the case. The luxury sheets promised were cheap ones with a made in China label (and didn't match the sheets) And a padded toilet seat, what is that about?????? The condo is cheap but it needs to be. Personally I would pay more next time and stay elsewhere.
Owner response:Please note that the condo is going to be under-construction all summer with new siding and windows. This construction will close down the units all summer - at which time we have plans to sound-proof the ceiling, as well as remodel the kitchen. Also to note, we have talked to the owner of the unit below ours - and we are working on the sound-proofing project together. This unit will be sound-proofed from both the floor and the ceiling! It will be lovely. Breckenridge is quite busy during spring break - and there is a lot of activity at all condominiums. Also to note, we're not sure what happened with the sheets. It was a back-to-back stay, so the cleaner may submitted another set of sheets due to being in a hurry - but that is no excuse. Regarding the flat screen TV - it is indeed a flat screen TV, however it is not a flat panel TV - which is different. You will love your stay at our condo -

This is a wonderful studio condo to stay in for Summer. I was there for two nights in June - one day it was 80 degrees and the next it snowed. It is Colorado. :-) It is an easy walk into town for dining and shopping and a short walk to hike or bike Peak 9. The Blue River is just across the street for finding a place to sit for some sun and quiet. The unit is very clean and very well taken care of and the internet is a definite bonus if you cannot leave your laptop at home.

We loved this cozy unit. It was well-located - close to the lifts and close to town. The bed was great! Bobbie was wonderful as well. She was incredibly nice and helpful when we called after midnight and were slightly misplaced. Would definitely stay here again.

August 23 thru August 31, 2007 Such a wonderful stay in this nicely furnished studio. Everything was perfect for our stay. Really enjoyed the extra comfortable bed and the town of Breckenridge. The cozy condo had everything that we needed and was exactly what we expected. The owner of the condo was very helpful and keeps the condo nice and clean. We traveled 1500 miles one way and we were very happy with our stay. I would highly recomend! Thanks Bobbi for a wonderful stay. Can't wait for our next visit....
