Hi Teri, Thank you very much for renting your cabin to us - we had an amazing time!!!! Your location was awesome and the little lake on the property was an endless source of enjoyment for the kids with all of the pollywogs, frogs and rope swing. We took our canoes to Pinecrest a couple of days but it was definitely more crowded & crazy so your lake was a welcome change. We didn't use the downstairs bedrooms, but I noticed upon arrival that the fish picture next to the kid's bunk beds was on the floor behind the little nightstand. I found the nail that was used to hang the picture but it looked like the nail was not able to support the weight of the frame & glass. Nothing was broken so I left the picture & nail on the nightstand instead of trying to rehang it and risking it falling again. I will get the keys in the mail to you either today or tomorrow. We had a funny moment last Friday when returned from an outing to your cabin and I recognized a co-worker literally across the street at the log cabin that you see looking out the kitchen window. The cabin belongs to his wife's aunt and we laughed at running into each other in what seems to be a secret spot! Thanks again and we look forward to visiting again! Andrea

Our trip was the last weekend of January 2010. All I can say is "WOW!" We went with two other couples that had kids (so a total of 5 children). Our main concern was cleanliness and peace....we got so much more! Their amenities is no exaggeration, we went as far as bringing our own because we weren't sure if they had much at all and BOY were we wrong. This place is fully equipped (all you need to bring is a few extra things that it states in their contract). Our children loved playing in the snow right out side our rental. We didn't have to travel far for them to enjoy sled rides and building snowman while we barbecued in the patio nearby. We have already said that this place will be our destination every year. We would love to thank the owners for sharing their home with us.....We can't wait to return!

Our families had a delightful time here - it snowed the entire time, but the scene was stunning! The kids loved the downstairs when they weren't outside sledding. Thanks for letting us into your warm home

Thank you for giving us the oppurtunity to stay in your beautiful home! The view from your home is awesome and the way your home is designed worked out especially well for our 3 families! The weekend weather could not have been better. We enjoyed 3 perfect days of skiing. Thanks for the "grace" you extended to us by allowing us to change our rental dates. We were amazed by your consideration. We plan to make this an annual event. Hopefully with hard work, good luck and God's grace we will return to your home next year.

Thanks once again for the use of your wonderful cabin. We have been coming here since before your remodel for winter fun. Great memories! Night hikes under the stars and coyotes howling. Long Barn ice skating BBQ in the snow Getting snow'd in - No Electricity! Nice! Skiing Sledding Leland Snow Park Gold Panning among others!

Thank you so much for a much needed get away in a most serene spot. Plenty of room to explore and play, even snowboard! We just loved your playrooom, fooseball championship and all! We have to buy our own now. The cabin was well equipped, unlike many others we have stayed in, which makes one's stay more enjoyable. We love the location,, close to ski resorts, Twain Harte, etc. We will definitely be back with friends and family.

Thank you for opening up your cabin to us. We were very impressed with the spacious cabin and surroundings. The kids had so much fun with the raft at the lake, playing at the playground and "snipe" hunting. You never know what you're going to get when you pick out a cabin on-line but we wer all very pleased! The playpen was a nice surprise for our 1 1/2 year old. Made life much easier for us. We loved hanging out on the huge deck and the view from there - Wow! We hope to make this a yearly tradition.

First and Foremost: Thnak you!! for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. Second: OMG. Talk about a room with a view. Your house is a view!!! An incredible view of not only the "lake" but of the "tree line", the moon rising and setting, the sounds of the frogs and coyotes. This was an incredible visit to the area and wild life. Thank you again. I hope that we can experience this home again.
