This spacious two bedroom and two bath villa offers all the comforts of home. The convenient first floor location makes it just a few steps away from the large outdoor pool and private boardwalk to the beach.

Master bedroom has comfortable queen Beauty Rest mattress. Watch the sun rise over the Atlantic from the master suite. The second bedroom offers twin beds plus a full bunk on bottom with twin on top that make it comfy for kids. Ceiling fans in master bedroom, kitchen and living room. Living room has queen-size sleeper sofa.

The large kitchen and living area gives you room to enjoy dinner with your loved ones, watch the 64 cable station tv or admire the view. Kitchen has coffee maker, microwave oven, smooth top stove, ice maker and all new appliances.

Located on property are six tennis courts, an indoor pool, two out-door pools, in-door hot tub and kiddie pool, sauna, indoor exercise room and jogging track. The deli restaurant by the large outdoor pool has internet access. Wifi is available in building 3 commons area. Also, HHR has a sun deck, badminton, and more. Bike rentals also available on property. Elevators available in every building. Washer and dryers are located on every-other floor.

The breathtaking walk on the private boardwalk leads you to ocean side cabana that offers food and beverages for your convenience. This is secluded beach with no public access from both the north and south sides.

Great Beach and fun at HHI

Me and my girlfriend just got back from staying in this beautiful unit. We brought our kids with us (6 kids total) and everyone had a great time! You can tell that the owner of this unit has spent a lot of time making it nice and comfortable for their guest! ALL of the beds were comfortable, even the pull out couch! The view was beautiful and the nice comfy chairs on the deck are a nice touch (vs. cheap plastic). The unit was very clean. The kitchen had everything you need to cook any meal. The beach cart and luggage cart were a lifesafer! Coco's on the beach was great! The kids LOVED riding the golf cart to the beach. I don't mind walking, so the distance to the beach was OK for us. If I had to make a comment about anything that needed improvement it would be that the pool in building one needs some TLC!! The indoor pool, bldg. 4 pool and all the other grounds and facilities were immaculate! It's a great price for the location. The beach is not overcrowded like most of HHI. You are literally .5 miles from Shelter Cove where there are fireworks every Tuesday during the summer (which you can also see from your beach at Hilton Head Resort), free entertainment every night and affordable boat rides through the intercoastal waterway. I have been to HHI before and did not enjoy it. My stay this week made all of us want to come back! Marianne made booking our vacation a wonderful experience and she was so nice and patient when I called and asked her lots of questions! Thank you!

Owner response:Thanks to our guest who take time to write us a review. As a private owner, it really means so much. We really do take a great deal of pride in our condo. With every visit-we make improvements. When I open the door to the villa I walk in and think "is this a place I want to stay? Is it comfortable, clean and just an overall wonderful place to be". We then try very hard to make sure it is all that and more. (The TLC for pool in building one was addressed. A new pump was installed and all seems to be back to wonderful status) Catherine from Roswell. Book again for a10% discount. Your review meant so much.
