This vacation home has beautiful ocean and mountain views. It is so private that you will imagine yourself in the country, yet you are conveniently located. Hiking trails in your back yard, three minutes to the Upper Montecito Village, five minutes to the beach, and eight minutes to downtown Santa Barbara with all its culture.

The house is tastefully furnished with spacious entertainment areas, a wall-mounted 42-inch HDTV, a new kitchen featuring a professional six-burner Viking stove, Sub-Zero refrigerator, granite countertops, and all the luxury items you expect, and a deluxe master bath with a two person indoor spa.

Outside, you barbecue on the professional gas grill, while music is piped in for your pleasure, then relax on the chaise lounge before dinner on the ocean view deck. And for those few chilly nights, enjoy the outdoor fireplace or turn on the built-in heater. The house is fully air conditioned, though the ocean breezes will keep you cool all night.

Weekly maid service, gardening, and local telephone is included. Minimum rental is 1 month. Sorry, but absolutely no pets or smoking anywhere on property.
