Down Town Charmer - 3 Blocks to Park, Beach, Downtown $1200/wk
The Unique Benefits at this House
I like the fishing in the area. Excellent fly fishing on nearby creeks and rivers.
Owner's Map of Coeur d'Alene
When we visited Coeur d'alene in 2005 we instantly fell in love and bought this cute little down town cottage. I want everyone to know some of our favorites of Coeur D'alene.
Favorite Beach-
Pack a lunch and hike out tubbs hill to the point. Very peacful and crystal clear water. We stay there all day, like 7 hours.
Favorite Market
Harvest Organic Market- just around the corner 3 blocks away is Safeway, 3 blocks up from safeway is Harvest.
Favority Restaurant-
Angelo's Ristorante Italiano (a local grown restaurant)
846 N 4th St CDA, Idaho or try Wolf lodge for steak.
Must Do's
If you have young kids, take them to Rider's Ranch for horse back riding. You only have to be 2. Take the kids to Silverwood Park for water slides and roller coasters. Hit the beach. River and creek fly fishing are insane in the area if you like to fish. Check with me for the best fishing spots. I can't disclose them here.

Easy walk to lake and downtown. Stayed for Ironman and location was perfect. Walked to transition on raceday and walked back after the finish. Great viewing for the bike course, ride passes house 4 times. House was clean and well equiped. Nice porch for hanging out.

Great location for Ironman CDA, just a short walk to the park. Great house with front porch for watching the bike portion of the race. If you like your space, probably not good for parties over 6, but a tight family of 8 could work. There is some gear to transport the kiddos if they are coming along.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Great Location!!! Charming Home!!! Clean!!! Everything you could ask for was provided. Loved the front porch. This was our first experience using VRBO and it was great. Would recommend this home to anyone of my family and friends (which I already have). Thanks again for making this such a pleasurable experience for our summer vacation. See you next year!

Immaculate and comfortable with everything you need to enjoy your stay. The home is a quick walk to downtown and has easy access to grocery stores. This is the perfect and affordable launching pad to enjoy the area. We stayed for the Ironman in June '06 and loved not having to deal with parking on race day and being able to walk to the village as we pleased. We received great communication from the hosts when booking and through our stay. We will come back here. Thanks!
