Sun Meadow Villa is a four bedroom, 2 bath villa that is minutes away from shops, supermarkets, restaurants, golf, and beautiful beaches. This vacation paradise is fully equipped with every convenience, tastefully furnished and decorated, and maintained to the highest standards.
The beautifully furnished sitting room and dining area opens to the lanai/pool area, creating a relaxing atmosphere. With its tranquil views, you can enjoy visiting or dining with your family and friends. The family room has a 42” flat screen TV and DVD player for your enjoyment.
The fully equipped, modern kitchen offers all the amenities of home. The kitchen eating nook is the perfect place for dining while viewing Florida's wildlife. There is also a breakfast bar for more informal dining.
The master bedroom suite, which has French doors that open to the lanai/pool area, has a king size bed, dressers, walk-in closets, 32” flat screen TV, and an en suite bath. The en suite has a deep tub, walk-in shower, double sinks, and private water closet.
There are three guest rooms. Two guest rooms have queen size beds. One queen guest room has a view of the lanai/pool area and sliding doors that lead to the lanai. The other beautifully furnished guest room has twin beds. The guest bath also opens to the pool area, which is a great convenience.
The sunny, screened-in outside area has a heated pool. With comfortable loungers, you can really relax and take advantage of the Florida sunshine.
The shaded area of the lanai comes equipped with gas barbecue and a dining set.
Beach towels, 4 beach chairs, umbrella and coolers are also supplied for your convenience. This wonderful villa also offers 2 bikes.
