Our extended family met at the Ranch to spend Christmas 2011 together and we had a wonderful time. The Ranch was perfectly suited for our group which ranged in age from 9 to 75. We loved the coastal walk, the beach access, riding the bikes and of course the llamas and horse. The hot tub on the porch was very easy to use. Everything was very clean including the bathroom and kitchen. The Ranch was very easy to find (it's right off the main road), but once inside you really felt like you were "off the beaten path". I would definitely recommend the Ranch to other families, and hope to return again soon.

This house not only stays in your memories, but in your heart. It is such a wonderful home. Very comfortable and amazing views! I love drinking coffee out of the Fiesta Ware cups and looking out past the llamas at the ocean! Incredible! I would go back again and again. I have! I stayed there both times with my husbands family and we all had such a great time! Thanks Nye Ranch - can't wait to stay again!

I love waking up from a comfortable bed to stumble through this historic home towards the back deck and have a wide uninterrupted view of the ocean. The smell is relaxing and soothing, I LOVE IT! I love being so close with my family, all of us staying in this Ranch home. I love being able to have privacy in a room or a corner of the home. I love the beautiful furniture that sets time and holds the past. Thank you.

I enjoyed having time with my family at Nye Ranch. I love spending time here. I love the loft and I love going down to the beach and love the little llamas. 8/6/06 Thank you so much for sharing your incredible home with us. We felt very much at ease and truly enjoyed every minute. All the family was able to have separate time and family time. The weather was a nice blend of warm and cool. And the ocean of course it -- THE OCEAN!

Everything was perfect! Birdscope, skimboard, bikes, llamas, ocean forever, fingernail moon, campfire, windows everywhere, books, books, books, sun, sand, starfish, food, friends. The best ever!

8/16/07 Thank you for allowing our families to come and stay. We had four generations for a portion of our visit. We have stayed at other places on the coast but we always feel at home here at the Nye Ranch. The kitchen was so very well stocked with pans, knives and dishes-we have several cooks! All of us can not wait to come back next year!

6/17/07 What an absolutely lovely and perfect home you have for a family to come and have a wonderful time together. We didn't have to worry about a thing-your home is so well-equipped, beautifully decorated and perfectly situated on the coast. I've been trying to think of how to express my gratitude for this amazin place and our unforgettable family reunion/birthday celebration. It exceeded my hopes. The beach cruiser rides, hanging out on the deck, basketball games, tidepooling, and hanging out at night in the comfortable living room. This place is so full of character. We are sad to leave and hope to be able to come again.
