Jay, I want to thank you for sharing your condo with us (Aug 2010). We had a fantastic time and the view from our room was the best we have had in our 9 years coming to Myrtle Beach. I appreciate the fact that you answered all of our questions and put our minds at ease before we arrived, the communication was outstanding. Your condo was everything that you said. It was the perfect choice for our vacation and we look forward to returning again in August of 2011

Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a group of women from church who wanted to spend a weekend shopping at the beach. I just happened to find this condo online and had no idea what to expect. (When you're planning for other people and not just yourself, it's a little more challenging). The place was beautiful and had all the conveniences of home! The only thing that was negative was the weather - it poured down rain all weekend but shopping was nice anyway, and the condo was great. We would definitely stay again. Everyone was most complimentary of my choice of place we stayed ~ so thanks, Jay!

Comment Text: As always Myrtle Beach has treated us well, we have just returned from our 2008 Family vacation and once again the Sea Watch is the place to stay!!! This is our fifth stay at the Sea Watch first with Jay; his condo is everything he says it is and more...fully equipped kitchen, large variety of movies and books, spectacular view...loved the pelicans flying by the balcony...Jay is a great guy to rent from honest and attentive. This was a smooth transaction with nothing left to the imagination, quick e-mail responses. The Flat screen tvs were the bomb and of course wireless internet was the icing on the cake..HIGHLY recommended.. Thanks for everything.. Our family spent our vacation in your condo the week of June 14th. We loved the condo & the choice of going to the beach, pools, or hot tubs. The children loved the lazy river. We love Myrtle Beach & the ease of finding everything just off of Hwy 17. Jay was very kind, helpful, & accommodating. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy our stay in such a beautiful place.

We stayed in this great condo for two months, February & March of 2008. We loved it so much that we have booked again for the same two months in 2009. We couldn't have been any closer to the ocean as the view outside the condo is just like looking out your veranda suite on a cruise ship. Jay was friendly and most accommodating. All the facts in the web site lived up to all our expectations and more.

Stayed here in May of 07 and absolutely loved it! The view is breathtaking! I wish we could've stayed here forever! The beach was clean and not crowded and the the pools were very nice! The condo was clean and nicely decorated! Had a few issues, but Jay took care of them right away. My whole family loved it and hope to come back soon some day! Thank you a million times for some great memories!

We had a lovely vacation in 906 Sea Watch. The condo is just beautiful. Every window has a spectacular view. Since it's oceanfront, its very private. I watched the moon every night from our bedroom window and saw the sun rise every morning. Thanks for making the telescope availiable to us. It's an easy elevator ride down to the beach and heated pools. Loved the hot tubs in the evenings! We'll be back.

This Condo was a dream! The most incredible views. You can watch the sunrise while laying in bed in the Master Bedroom and also the double bed Guest room or from the spacious balcony. We enjoyed watching the dolphins swim by in the morning. The Condo was very clean and comfortable and close to anything you might want to do. Jay was a pleasure to work with. We'll be back for sure!!

The condo was perfect. Exactly as described on the website. Great location and everything was very neat and tidy. Jay was a pleasure to work with, very accommodating and systematic. The only problem was the vacation was too short :(. I guess nothing Jay can do about that.

We had the best time at this beautiful oceanfront rental. The ocean was right outside our bedroom window and the corner balcony was very inviting. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and the unit was very clean. Mr Charles was attentive to our every need. Every transaction between him and I, was very prompt and just as he explained. He even called the night we arrived to make sure we made it OK. Would definately rent this unit in the future... Thank you very much for a pleasurable renting experience..

We stayed at your place the week of Thanksgiving 06. The kids loved all the pools and how close we were to the Ocean. Everything was very clean and just as explained.
