Just remodeled and a ten min walk to the pier/village/beach! Scheduled to be featured in a decorating magazine-you have to see it to appreciate the fine unique and creative details. Since we have remodeled our two units right next to each other, the manager said we had the absolute nicest two condo's in our complex. They share a private back yard (see backyard view photo)Rent one or both! Just call me. We may be able to work with your budget if not booked or in the off season.
A renter this summer just told me that staying at our condo complex was like staying at a resort within a resort with all the special amenities our complex has to offer such as a beautiful fishing lake, tennis, an excellent playground for kids, a fitness center and a business center.
You will love the location of this condo -- right between the two pools (one is heated for fall,winter & spring) yet on the back side for privacy. It is loaded with extra features -- see for yourself -- view the pictures. We offer a porta-crib and an extra twin mattress that can be used in any room to sleep 7. The atmosphere is cozy with the new arbor, outdoor swing and fan over the patio. We offer top-quality bedding with for comfortable nights. New tile and pine wood flooring accented with nautical rugs and original watercolors and oil paintings by local artists throughout. There is a washer and dryer for your convenience (we even provide beach towels) and three TVs with DVD players.
Wireless internet access is available in our complex so bring your laptops. For rainy days, kids can play on the play station with a large selection of games, videos, and books. Also lots of popular novels and games, including outdoor croquet and volleyball equipment -- perfect for the spacious backyard right off the patio. You can play tennis on the newly resurfaced courts or work out in the nearby clubhouse fitness center. You can take the kids fishing or feed the ducks right across our drive on a beautiful pond stocked with fish. And just steps away is play time on the new playground, sure to thrill your child.
Take a short stroll past the ballpark and park, an outdoor chapel, Dairy Queen (don't forget the ice cream), village restaurants (both fine and casual dining) and shopping -- right to a pier on the Atlantic Ocean -- all right down the street from your condo. We may can work with your budget if not rented or in the off season.
You can climb the Lighthouse Tower, play miniature golf, fish from the pier at all hours, or just take a stroll down the pier to view all the fisherman's catch of the day. Antique and art fairs, bands and local theater can fill up the weekends in the Village all summer. A 25 minute drive can take you to Jekyll Island to Summer Waves Water Park, spend the day at one of the many local golf courses, or tour our famous historical sites -- all in a wonderful, non-commercialized family atmosphere.

We so enjoyed our month here! It was perfect for Ruby because of the big back yard to run and play. You all were very prompt to take care of the leaky faucet and replacing the oven heating element (my husband lives for my baked bread!) We loved the atmosphere here - met so many nice people - friends we will actually keep up with! My grandson's visit was the most fun - feeding the ducks everyday with him and fishing was such a joy and the little playground and pool close by made it so easy that we didn't even need to leave the complex to entertain him! It was very relaxing enjoying our coffee outside on the swing in the morning! My husband especially liked being able to park right beside our condo. We enjoyed strolling down to the Dairy Queen with our grandson in the afternoon and being able to walk to so many great restaurants right down the street. We will be back next year - maybe for two months!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, romantic getaway, pet owners, tourists without a car, families with young children, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+.

Loved! Loved! Loved your condo! We have stayed at Ocean Walk four times and your condo is our absolute favorite! LOVED the remodel and how you took out some walls to make it more open and roomier! LOVED your decor - I took pictures of all your creative ideas - it inspired me!! LOVED the location - close enough to the pool the kids could walk but far enough away we didn't hear the noise! LOVED being in a town house (we didn't hear the guest above us this year - just our own kids!) LOVED being by the playground and lake! We even cooked out there one night using the picnic table under the trees - it was so nice and we enjoyed watching our little one feed (mostly chase) the ducks! We would LOVE to come back next year - for sure! Amber Williams
