Our spacious first floor duplex is located at the North End of Ocean City, in the quiet Gardens section near the intersection of Atlantic Avenue and St. James. It is two blocks to the beach and the world famous OC boardwalk. There are many great restaurants, ice cream parlors and retail stores within walking distance. Great location for the whole family.
Our Open Concept home includes a complete kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Two of the three bathrooms have double bowled sinks and upgraded showers. There also is an outdoor enclosed shower. The master bedroom has a king size bed and every room has a ceiling fan. There is one balcony and a huge front porch. Parking for 3 cars. Very clean and beautifully furnished.

My family and I stayed here for 2 wonderful weeks in August. We had 3 adults and 5 children rangeing in age from 1 to 13. We absolutely loved this property and it's location. You are close enough to the beach and boardwalk to walk with small children. The porch is amazing and we spent most nights there just relaxing from our day on the beach. I've rented other beach houses before but this one outshines them all. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. This is the first place we rented where we weren't in the upstairs unit and I was concerned about how noisy the upstairs neighbors might be but no worries it's very quiet. 5 stars all the way.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

If your looking for a nice quiet, clean rental property with an outdoor shower & driveway, we recommend this place! Our family including our little grandkids had a ball. We did not use our cars for the whole week we were there..it felt great to take a stroll rather than jump in the car for every little outing & the walk to the beach & boardwalk was not long. The house was exactly like the pictures and so very comfortable...the porch at night was so peaceful & perfect for sitting back with a good book. The deli at the corner was convenient & the little ice cream place down the street was great..We loved the time we spent here and hated to go home. This place was worth every penny!! We give this rental 5 STARS!!!!!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

My family stayed at this beautiful home and has a fantastic vacation. The home is in a quiet area but is a short walk to all of the excitement of the boardwalk. The house is decorated like a home and not a vacation rental. We felt like we were in our own home. The bathrooms are huge and the house is clean and comfortable. We loved everything about the house but our favorite spot was the big front porch. I would highly recommend this vacation home to everyone.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

I just got back from OCNJ and this property was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in!!! I've been going to OCNJ since I was 2 and I am over the age of 40 now so you can imagine how many places I've stayed in. This is a modern, Extremely well maintained property. The owners take Great care of it and it has just the right beachy feel. Beautiful kitchen, bathrooms (2 sinks in each is a plus, thank you), bedrooms, great room and front porch which is nice in the afternoon because you don't get the sun. The fact that I could park 3 cars off of the street was another huge plus. I would rate this property a 10 out of 10. The only complaint I had was that it needs a toaster. The toaster oven just doesn't cut it for making toast in the morning. That is so minor it hardly matters at all. Again, if you're looking for a GREAT place to stay please rent this property. It is well worth it.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.
