We have put NEW luxury mattress in masterbedroom. NEW Sleeper Sofa Mattress, NEW pots, pans and cookware. NEW balcony furniture. This resort has it all, From its TWO large free form heated swimming pools. You can sit on the beach or at the pool and still enjoy the GORGEOUS ocean view. This Unit is on the 10th floor and has a wonderful view from its 21 ft. balcony. You can truly see for miles. With 9ft. ceilings and spacious living areas this unit accommodates 8. It also has high speed wireless and wired internet.
The Living room has a Gulf Front View w/balcony access. It has a Comfy Queen size sleeper sofa, love seat and Over sized chair. The entertainment center features a 36' flat screen HDTV. The dining area has a Bistro Table and seating for 8.
Master bedroom has a Pillow top mattress and awesome view from the bed. Wake up watching the surf. This bedroom also has a 32' TV with VCR/DVD player. & Private master bath.
Guest Bedroom - Hibiscus theme - also has a pillow top Queen mattress bed, 20' TV with DVD player.
Bunk room has two twin beds. (This is an actual room 8 1/2 ft x 7 1/2 ft.) This flip flopped theme room is GREAT FOR KIDS!
The fully equipped Kitchen has granite counter tops and lots of cabinet space. You will also have a pantry closet next the granite wet bar.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The condo was great! Loved the way it was decorated. Julie was great to work with. Had a great time and so did our teenage daughter and her friend. Would go back in a heart beat! We loved the condo. The pictures don't do it justice. It is really beautiful, and it was fully equipped with everything we needed. We will go back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

This unit is spacious with a nice colour and accessories decor. The owner was quick to respond to questions and concerns. Mattresses, cookware, sofa bed, and balcony furniture need to be replaced. Tile grout in need of deep cleaning. Owner has indicated that many things are scheduled to be replaced so with those additions the unit would definitely be improved from our 3 star rating. Pier Park is very close and offers lots of options for any traveller.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.
Owner response: Thank you for your Response. As Since your stay we have Updated! We now have an new luxury mattress in the master bedroom. Brand new pots and pans along with more bakeware. We have new comforter and sheets and towels throughout condo. We have replaced the balcony furniture with new furniture.!

The condominium is beautiful and clean!! Julie made it easy to rent, all of the information and booking was great. There are the brand new Pier Park shops across the street from the Calypso. Up scale shops and restaurants with the island feel made it fun. Stayed while the surf was up, short board day one, long board day two. Paddled out next to the pier two minutes walk from the pool.
