This resort has it all, From its TWO large free form heated swimming pools. You can sit on the beach or at the pool and still enjoy the GORGEOUS ocean view. This Unit is on the 10th floor and has a wonderful view from its 21 ft. balcony. You can truly see for miles. With 9ft. ceilings and spacious living areas this unit accommodates 8. It also has high speed wireless and wired internet.
The Living room has a Gulf Front View w/balcony access. It has a Comfy Queen size sleeper sofa, love seat and Over sized chair. The entertainment center features a 36" flat screen HDTV. The dining area has a Bistro Table and seating for 8.
Master bedroom has a Pillow top mattress and awesome view from the bed. Wake up watching the surf. This bedroom also has a 32" TV with VCR/DVD player. & Private master bath.
Guest Bedroom - Hibiscus theme - also has a pillow top Queen mattress bed, 20" TV with DVD player.
Bunk room has two twin beds. (This is an actual room 8 1/2 ft x 7 1/2 ft.) This flip flopped theme room is GREAT FOR KIDS! Wait to they see the stuffed animals - A turtle and alligator waiting on the beds for them to play with.
The fully equipped Kitchen has granite counter tops and lots of cabinet space. You will also have a pantry closet next the granite wet bar.
The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

The condominium is beautiful and clean!! Julie made it easy to rent, all of the information and booking was great. There are the brand new Pier Park shops across the street from the Calypso. Up scale shops and restaurants with the island feel made it fun. Stayed while the surf was up, short board day one, long board day two. Paddled out next to the pier two minutes walk from the pool. Epic trip, I can't wait to go back soon.

The most tastefully decorated, and brand new vacation rental I've ever stayed in. And Julie was great to deal with, she was very responsive and made us feel welcome. Great time, better memories...
