Lux Cape Cod cottage awaits you at 4 Law Street, five blocks from the heart of town and one block from the bay. The cottage is situated on a quite lane in Provincetown's East End. The private and charming, yet modern, cottage was just completed the spring of 2006 and offers all of the conveniences of home and privacy of a single family cottage with the fun of P'town just steps away. New furnishings, linens and towels and two flat screen TV's make this sun-drenched detached cottage a modern and comfortable getaway all year round!
The main level of the cottage contains one full-sized bedroom with a full bed, bathroom with subway-tiled shower stall, living area and kitchen. Upstairs, accessible via ladder, is a sleeping loft which contains a queen-sized bed. The loft, kitchen and outdoor grilling area has a view of the bay. Windows on all four sides of the house permit ocean breezes to keep the cottage cool by day and night throughout the summer with a ceiling fan and air conditioning.
High end appliances include a Jenn Air range, microwave and Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer. Beadboard cabinets complete the kitchen’s charm. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware and dinnerware. A front outdoor patio surrounded by a white picket fence with a bench offers a peek of the bay while relaxing with cocktails or an evening barbecue. A side deck is equipped with a table and chairs for peaceful outdoor dining under a wysteria arbor. Back deck features an outdoor private shower (!)
The cottage is equipped with central air conditioning/baseboard heat. Cable television, Wifi, three flatscreen televisions and a DVD player are provided. Free, adjacent, off-street parking for one car is included in the rental fee. TWO occupants maximum. No pets. Due to the sleeping loft being accessible only by ladder and insurance regulations, children under 18 are discouraged for this property rental.
