A luxurious, six year old, oceanfront 6 bedroom, 4 full bath over/under duplex unit featuring granite counter tops, hardwood and plush carpeted flooring covering the top two private floors of a 3 story house with two full sized oceanfront private decks and a full complement of quality deck furniture. Access to the floors is available through either private elevator with privacy code, an inside stairway between the second floor and the top floor, or spiral exterior staircase.

Four of the six bedrooms and the family room have direct access to the large private oceanfront decks. Two of the bedrooms are large master bedrooms with king size beds, large private baths with jacuzzi, separate shower, and large closet areas. Two bedrooms feature queen sized beds and the final two bedrooms each feature bunk beds with an upper single bed over a twin/full trundle bed(with a small double pull-out bed stored under the full sized lower double bed). The unit is fully furnished with excellent quality appliances, furniture, and five TV/DVD combo's (two with VCR also), stereo, etc.

Guests of Sunrise Celebration have unlimited access to the private pool located on the property, which is shared only with guests on the lower unit on the first floor. Should guests want to have exclusive access to the pool or have more than 16 people in their party and need another 3 bedrooms, the first floor unit, named Bali Hai, which consists of an additional 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, is also available for rental. In renting the entire house there would be a combined total of 9 bedrooms and 6 baths, which could easily accommodate 26 people.
