Being just minutes by car from downtown as well as minutes by foot from the beaches of Kitsilano and the shopping area at West 4th makes this cottage an ideal location to spend your time in Vancouver. Point Grey is also located quite close to the University of British Columbia. As Point Grey is one of Vancouver's original neighbourhoods, the beautiful architecture and established greenery is apparent everywhere you look. From here, you will be able to capture all that the beautiful city of Vancouver has to offer. Enjoy the nearby coffee shops as well as great restaurants, theatres and beaches. Granville Island and Kerrisdale are only minutes by bike or car. Its not surprising that this is one of the most desirable areas to live by the locals.
To reach the cottage you enter through the moon-themed gate and find yourself in the fenced and treed garden. Upon entering the cottage, you arrive in the living room featuring a cozy fireplace. This room has an air of elegance and is comfortably furnished. Proceed down the hallway to the two bedrooms and the well appointed bathroom just down the hall. The kitchen to the left leads to the family room where you will find French Doors and deck overlook the back yard. This is the best place to view the twinkling lights of the local Cypress and Grouse ski mountains in the distance.
