We stayed here for 6 weeks. The unit is a full one bed (many in the Ala Moana Hotel claim to be but are really studios.) It has 2 microwaves, 2 small refrigerators, a dishwasher, a two burner insert for cooking. It had everything the two of us needed for our stay. The king bed is very comfortable. Both the bedroom and the living room have new large LG flat screen TVs although the buildings cable system does not have much for channels. The bathroom is large with a tub/show combination. There is a lanai off the bedroom and a huge sliding door (with a rail outside) in the living room which allows you to take in the great view of Ala Moana Park, the ocean, and the shopping center. The owner was very responsive anytime we emailed with questions. Being next to Ala Moana shopping center, you have everything you need at you door step. The only disadvantage is that on some nights you can hear the music from the shopping center bars. YES we would stay here again. As a matter of fact we already have tentative reservations for next year.

Our family of four stayed here In January for 5 nights. The apartment is compact but is modern, clean and nicely furnished. The views of the ocean are gorgeous. It's in a great location within walking distance of the hustle and bustle of Waikiki and close to bus routes as well. Would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Hawaii.

This is truly a first class place to stay. We were here for 16 days in October and justloved it. No need to rent a car unlessd touring. Everything you need is close by. A short walk to Waikiki Beach, shops, grocery stores.. A very good trolley system her.e The condo has a fabulous view with beautiful sunsets. Very clean and private. The only drawback was the size of the 2 TV sets that are nly about 16-18". They need to be replaced like the ones in all of the other rooms on the same floor to 40"--Great place to stay if you go to Waikiki or Honalulu A little short of towels and facecloths for the time we stayed here.

This condo is very clean and in a great location. We did not cook, but the kitchen has everything you need. The listing shows 2 balcony's. There is only one small balcony that you can sit on. The living room has a double sliding door, but no place to walk out on or sit. You do not get maid service and we only had 4 towels for a week. One of the towels was very stained and could not use. If you prefer clean towels daily, then bring your own. The pool wasn't open so we couldn't get extras. This condo is right next door to a large mall. They have the biggest food court I have ever seen and fine dining. So no need to go very far for a great meal. They also have very nice resturants with ocean view. This mall also has a grocery store. You really won't need a car if you stay at this location. The Waikiki bus stops at the mall also. I was very hesitant to pay in full up front not knowing if the pictures were really of the unit I would be staying in. I was pleasantly surprised. What you read is what you get. I will stay here again and would recommend this condo to my friends and family. Thank you for all of your help.
Owner response:Thank you for your kind comments. Our condo features two balconies - a full lanai and a balcony from the living room with indoor/outdoor feel. Daily or weekly housekeeping service is available at the guest's request - although most guests prefer to have only check-out cleaning service. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and look forward to your visit again soon.

We were surprised and delighted to stay at your property. Views of Ala Moana beach park were awesome and, 4th of July fireworks were seen right outside the balcony. Your bedroom opens to a private balcony were we had coffee in the mornings. We would definitely return to your Ala Moana Suite!

Before arriving, we were a little uncertain about how it would work out since we usually stay at 2-3 bdrm homes since having our little one, but we are very happy we stayed at this 1-bdrm suite for two weeks in June. Great price, fantastic ocean views of Ala Moana Beach Park and Magic Island, and just enough room for a small family. We loved the lanai off the bedroom and the way the living room opens to the outdoors. We had everything we needed and most mornings we'd start off with some coffee (using the coffee maker), some fresh papaya from the nearby Farmer's Market at Blaisdell, and some blueberry scones from Diamond Head Grill or bakery items from nearby Panya in Ala Moana Center. Because we have a toddler, we wound up spending much more time in the room than we anticipated and we are so very thankful we chose one as relaxing and gorgeous as this one. It also helped that Ala Moana Center was a ramp away from our hotel as we visited almost every day. Another sweet find: Mariposa in Neiman Marcus at Ala Moana for lunch. LOVE LOVE LOVE the ahi melt. We'd definitely recommend this suite to small families or couples and would happily stay here again. Don't forget to try the Royal Garden restaurant downstairs for dim sum on Sat or Sun - they are a little bit more pricey than most places, but excellent food! We went twice this trip. We also wanted to mention that we took a red-eye flight going back home and Fanny worked with us to arrange a late check out that day. It made our last day so much more relaxing and we are very thankful for the consideration.

We had a great time, staying for 2 weeks. This is a great place, convenient to the beach, park, shopping and restaurants. The condo is new, clean, bright, fantastic ocean view, and what a sunset! Every morning walked to the park with our morning coffee, enjoyed the sunrise; we swam and enjoyed the Ala Moana beach every afternoon, and ended the day by watching the sunset from the lanai. It was a perfect vacation!

I stayed at this property for one week in September. The location is great as you are literally a 2 minute walk from Aloa Moana Beach and about a 12 minute walk from the famous Waikiki Beach. Between the condo and Waikiki Beach you will find that you are surrounded by great restaurants and bars. This place literally provides the best of all worlds due to the location. You will also find that being located next to Aloa Moana Mall is quite convenient for great shopping and restaurants. The view from the balcony is amazing especially during sunrise and sunset. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Any excursion that I wanted to take they went out of their way to help me plan it. I plan to stay here again. Highly recommend this place.
