This home had all that we needed (and more) to enjoy our stay. It was very clean and spacious too. Much more fun (and economical) to have the space of a home instead of a hotel room or two. It is so centrally located that we did a wide variety of activities. We had fun at Disneyland (about 10 minutes away), we went to Huntington Beach (took us about 30 minutes due to traffic), we spent a day in San Diego (took us about an hour and a half), and we went to Universal Studios (about an hour away). To explain why we gave the "accuracy of location description" only 3 stars, we were surprised the home was not actually in Anaheim, but in a neighboring city. I guess we should have gotten that from the "Anaheim Area" part of the description. Just don't want other people to be surprised when they get the actual address. It was so close to Anaheim, the address could have easily been Anaheim. Overall, we had a fantastic time and you will too. The owners were very helpful and easy to work with. Have a great vacation!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 18/22

This is the first time I have ever rented a house, sight unseen. The description and pictures are accurate! My family of 11 stayed here for 5 nights, including New Year's Eve. We went to Disneyland each day and the kids would always say at the end of the day: "I can't wait to get back to the house and swim & go "hot tubbing"! Of course, the weather was gorgeous, so there was no problem swimming & tubbing at night after a long day at Disneyland. I worked with Cassie on everything and she was absolutely awesome to work with! Very gracious and friendly. No more hotels for us - we will be back!!! Thank you Cassie (& Bob) for sharing your home with us. KathyDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Working with the owners was incredibly easy. They were more than willing to communicate about any questions or concerns we had. The house was tidy and cozy. Nothing fancy but perfect for a get-away home in Garden Grove. Incredibly close to anything Disney! The best part about this house is the back yard. The pool, spa and patio were a paradise in and of themselves. A wonderful way to soak up some sun upon waking and enjoy throughout the day. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay in/near Disney/Orange County.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

My husband and I stayed at this home, with our two children, for 10 nights in November 2012. The house had so many benefits, it's difficult to list them all, so I'll put them into point form... - Spacious house! It was more than enough space for the four of us. The three bedrooms made naps & bedtimes so easy for our kids. - The appliances were great. Gas stove top! Great fridge / freezer / microwave / dishwasher! Double ovens! The huuuuuge capacity washer and dryer made laundry easy to complete. - The pool and hot tub were fabulous. We were very fortunate to still have very warm temperatures, so we arranged to have the pool heated and were able to enjoy it too. - The location of the home couldn't have been better as our main reason for the trip was to take the kids to Disneyland. Although we rented a vehicle, we decided that taking a cab to / from the park would be best as then we didn't need to worry about parking and taking a shuttle. A cab from the house to the park was almost always $12! This made it easy to go in the morning, come back to the house and make lunch / swim / hot tub / put the little guy for a nap, and then go back in the evening for more park fun and fireworks. - Driving to LA from the house was only about 40 minutes in good traffic. We also drove to Huntington Beach (25 minutes), as well as the San Diego Zoo (about an hour and 45 minutes). Our trip was fantastic, and we feel that it is largely due to having an entire house to call home. (We couldn't imagine trying to live out of a hotel for 10 nights with two kids! Yikes!). If you're looking for an affordable home close to the parks (and many other amenities), this should definitely be a home you consider. Thanks again Cassie & Bob!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Quite outstanding! We can't praise this lovely house enough. First off, the pool and spa were just lovely. The pool is so big, and there were inflatables provided. The whole garden area gets the sun for most of the day. Lots of loungers in the shed so you can take advantage. The house was beautifully clean on arrival. Bob & Cassie had even left us a bottle of bubbly, as we were getting married whilst there. Much appreciated! There were lots of toiletries left in the bathroom along with a hairdryer and curling tongs, and the fridge and kitchen cupboards were well stocked with condiments and useful items, including our favourite Tapatio hot sauce! There is a great gas BBQ in the garden and the laundry facilities are excellent. The beds were extremely comfortable! Some of the places we visited while staying here included (of course!) Disneyland and California Adventure. We also love Anaheim Garden Walk, an open air collection of shops, bars and restaurants, including the wonderful Fire + Ice grill bar. We also visited gorgeous Balboa Island, Huntington Beach, Malibu, LA Farmers' Market and Long Beach, among others. We felt very much at home in this lovely property and hope to stay again one day. Thank you to Bob and Cassie. Your advice and fast responses to all our questions was much appreciated. Kind regards. Andy & Karen, United Kingdom PS We love California!Owner response: Karen & Andy, Thank you for the glowing review, and the honor to be part of your wedding memories! Congratulations again! We would love to have you anytime! Bob & Cassie PS. We love California, too.

We were very pleased with this vacation rental! There were 3 adults and 3 kids and the house was more than enough for our needs. It was extremely CLEAN, and we loved that the kitchen was so well stocked with pots, utensils, etc. The kids LOVED the pool and hot tub, even tho it was a bit too cold to really use the pool in December-- they still did and just used the hot tub afterwards! The bed in the master bedroom was sooo comfy and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toiletries. The owners were quick to respond to phone calls and email. Very friendly people, and we got our security deposit back soon after returning. We would love to stay in the house again for future trips to Anaheim! Also appreciated the computer and internet, and the washer and dryer with detergent stocked!! Disneyland is a bit too far to walk to. You'll need to drive or find some other way. This area is a basic grid layout, tho, and very easy to navigate. Clean neighborhood, felt safe. Thank you, Kassie, for a wonderful place to stay. We look forward to returning in the future!Owner response: Thank You, Kelly. We hope to see you again!

We stayed here a whole month. We were a large group of four adults and five kids from 2 til 11 in age. This house was amazing for us. We arrived and fell in love. It was a very relaxing place. The pool is amazing. We were in there several times a day and it never felt crowded and you know how kids are when they play in pools. So that is saying something. The hot tub was also lovely as a nice way to wind down after a long day of walking around and sight seeing. This home is minutes from Disney, grocery stores, restaurants and other stores. We couldn't have picked a better place, and we were all sad to leave. But we will be back. The owners were also wonderful if there were any questions and helped if needed. I would reccomend this place to anyone. It truly is a home away from home. Best regards from Norway.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 5/5

What a house to enjoy L.A and its suburbs, The pool and spa amazing, A real experience to feel what a good old traditional American home is like,as we are from Australia. Very clean and tidy and the most important cosy, and the owners where very helpfull and prompt,as its a scary task trying to book a house when its halfway around the world and your doing it on your own,but the owners made it so easy for us. We will be back and and we would'nt hesitate booking the house again or recommending it......THANKS Bob or CassieRecommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

This property was nice and close to Disneyland. It had everything that we needed. The house was very clean when we got there. There ended up being 7 of us and there was plenty of room for us all. The pool was cold but so were the nights. I suggest you pay to have it heated if you're going to be there in March (Winter). The hot tub was nice to relax in. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and it was much better staying where we did than in a hotel.Recommended for: People with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, age 55+.
